Hello, I went today to pick up 5 California rolls and paid $40. Turns out they charge $1 for like a small jar of spicy Mayo. Location I went to is In Inman on Asheville Hwy. I live near by and like their food but every time over the phone and at the window in drive through, ladies are always very rude . I tried to ignore and be patient. But today was the day when I decided that I will never order here again because of how rude the personal is . I asked for the receipt, they print me a receipt and there is no details on the receipt, just the total amount ! How is that even helping me ? So I had to call and deal with the lady that was rude all the time . Please fix your receipts and train your personal to be more polite and professional. Food is good but the stress of dealing with your employees is not worth it ! I can go anywhere in this country and find me good food . I do not have to order at your place . Please train your employees to be nice and treat people with respect!

On the positive note , I had a very positive experience at the boiling springs location. In contrast, personal was great. I have the issue with the Inman location .

Ordered on a holiday when online stated open. Was charged 70.00 and went to pick up after receiving a confirmation on time to find out they were closed. No big deal, we would figure it out the next day. However, because of their horrible customer service it has not been resolved. We showed the receipt on the banking app that we were charged, the email for the order, and all. We were advised “the bank will need to refund you as we cancelled the order since we were closed.” However, that’s after we were asked did we order to that location, was we sure of the name on the order, etc. she stated she couldn’t find an order for that name. So how was it cancelled if you couldn’t find the order to begin with?? We go at least 2 times a month… no sorry.. no anything. We will not be back!! Horrible customer service!!!

My last visit was a few months ago and the quality was lack luster for the price but my daughter wanted sushi for her birthday and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in management as well as the quality of the food and its contents I will remain a faithful customer as long as this becomes the normal the lack of the liquor license does take away from my “beer while I wait” they are rectifying this as the sign inside says so if you have a similar opinion please give them a fresh try

Check ur bank these people will use ur card for a order that you didn't even order.. place an order on Monday for $8.99 and Wednesday my card was charged again for $12.99.

This place has some of the best food around, but beware if you eat inside they mop the floor with strong chemicals during open hours while customers are present and eating. This gives me a headache and burns my eyes every time they do it. If they’re going to mop while customers are present and eating, then they need to do so with all natural cleaning products rather than such strong chemicals.

When I opened my box it just looked so beautiful! And when I got home and put a piece of steak in my mouth it was so delicious!! I haven't had a bad meal yet!!

Food was awesome! Atmosphere was comfortable. Affordable.
Didn't care for the very large TVs.
Other then that loved it!

You have to order online using the drive thru,so decided to go in were I didn't have to.The young lady behind the counter energy was really a negative. But the food was good

The lobby looked clean and that is the only thing it had going for it. We stopped here instead of fast food and definitely felt like we wasted our money. Everything from the sauces to the crab rangoon were overly sweet, but the Teriyaki chicken didn't have much flavor at all. Rice was definitely NOT Japanese fried rice. Spring rolls were grease soaked. Crab rangoon was also dripping dark, stinky oil.

Sometimes even if the food is bad we'll try a place again, but we won't return here. Customer service was abismal. Whoever hired the teenagers to work the front really need to reconsider having them as the face of your establishment. I'll be moving to town soon and my 17 year old son will be looking for a job (he graduates high school here in NC before we relocate) if you'd like to interview someone that knows how to smile and is actually familair with the type of food you are trying to serve.
