ABSOLUTELY appalling how they are taking advantage of a struggling community. Forcing people to pay cash and then charging outrageous prices. Running a "limited menu" and charging 30+ for 2 hot and ready and a drink I've been pissed about the false advertising of "$5 hot and resdy" for years now and now on top of it you are charging 10+ for a cheese pizza!?! The LAST time any little caesers will ever receive ALL of our business. PATHETIC!!!

We have never had issues with this pizza place. However with the new staff it became awful. On July 4th 2024 I called in to order my pizza, a boy took my order over the phone. When we came to pick up they said they didn’t have our order placed and had us place a new order and wait extra 20 minutes. To which I said maybe because of inconvenience they should give us a discount, to which a girl at the register started laughing at me in front of the customer, so as the boy in the back. At that point we didn’t mind waiting, but we did wanted to let them know that they messed up, and there were no reason to be laughing at us especially in front of customers. They were very unprofessional so maybe Little Caesars should do a better training for your staff when you hire them. Also at the end when the boy gave us pizza he purposely said my husbands name wrong to which a girl at the register started laughing. To which we said that maybe he needs to go back to school and learn how to read. Honestly I was very upset about this whole encounter and will not use this pizza place anymore, because of how unprofessional they are. Wouldn’t recommend to others either. They need to do better than that.

Ok pizza but I walked in and ordered a hot and ready but they didn't have any so she ordered one then later this kid walks in and she just hands him a hot and ready instead of giving it to me. I told her that's a messed up system they have.

From all my interactions, this location is staffed with local, friendly employees who are always helpful. They are accurate on their orders and despite telling me 20 or so minutes till my pizza is ready, it's usually already waiting on me when I get there in 10...so they do a good job on the whole "under promise and over-deliver" concept. The food is top notch for what you payand couple that with the online ordering and pickup out of the "hotbox" I really recommend this Little Caesars store if you need a quick pizza/wings order. My only complaint is that I'm still stuck in the $5 hot'n ready days and wished they could come down on some of the pricing. But you can't beat the good thing they got going on at this pizza shop! As far as menu items I recommend their stuffed crust, cheese bread, and wings. (Try getting them to make the wings with the hot buffalo mixed with their barbecue sauce! They are on point!)

They have changed there sauce...not good. Ordered a Supreme & A beef with extra beef....No cheese on it at all and the sauce was like it was painted on with a brush. So thin it didn't even hold the meat. So disappointed ....use to be good.

I dont have anything but compliments for the Little Ceasars Pizza in Inman , SC They always have a hot n ready pepperoni pizza ready for me, with no waiting. The pizza is always delicious, cashiers are always polite and friendly, and you can't beat the price. I'm giving 5 stars !
