This was our first time visiting a McDonald’s in the USA. The food was fresh, and there was a good variety of options available. Portion sizes were fair, and service was fast.
We appreciated that the kids’ meals offer milk as an option. The self-order screens were new to us, and the employees were polite, helpful, and patient when we needed assistance. Staff members were friendly and smiling, which made the experience comfortable.
Overall, it was an efficient and positive first experience.

I never had an Issue with this place until today. There was no manager in the store. The workers were up playing around with each other and everything, the entire store was wrapped and was working on being doubled wrapped. It was crazy, and a mad house, I only seen 3 workers and no manager.
Ive been to this mcdonald’s many times before but after tonight I wont be a returning customer. It took 15 minutes before I could even order and when I finally got to the pay window my card was charged for the wrong meal so it took even longer for a refund and to pay and receive my order. When I got my food one of my meals was wrong, drinks were half full, and fries cold. The whole time crew was making remarks with the window opened about me being unhappy as if the window wasn’t wide open. Im very disappointed.

I would give ZERO STARS!!! Horrible food cold and I ordered two Big Mac meals with no onions or pickles and both had them and NO MIDDLE BREAD on neither called no answer never again and the patties were raw

We go in the drive-through because we place an order on the mobile app we get to the second window where we get our food a little bit and they weren’t busy so they got her food and the lady that looks at us like that’s all y’all got rude expressions was like bye , And she opens the window back and like yes and we’re like we’re missing an Oreo McFlurry. She was asking her coworkers. Did she have an Oreo Mc flurry? I guess she thought we were lying and couldn’t find it then they found it. Handed it to use and felt like rude service ! Never going back again

Whoever the drive through chasier was on 11/25/25 has the worst attitude toward white people ever! Every single time, she even had the audacity to tell a woman she was in the right for cussing out a white woman and didnt know who they though they were. Disgraceful. Everyone should get the SAME service. Im in the servuce industry and am appaled that this behavior is allowed.
