This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut around. I placed an order and received a text that it was out for delivery at 5:56pm. An hour passed by and no food. I called the store, and they said it was on the way. Thirty more minutes passed and still no pizza. I called the store, and they said it was left in a hot box whatever that is. I asked how long it would be and i was told another 30 minutes. I told them to just cancel the order since they obviously were not going to be delivering...read full review
We just ordered a couple of the new melts advertised on TV. Very disappointed at what their version of "loaded" with cheese, etc means. We got the meat lovers and parmesan chicken ranch which were heavy bread, a super thin layer of cheese, and auh smattering of ingredients inside. Not even remotely resembles the TV ads. Will not order ever again. Pitiful.
