I was picking up and I was already late picking up my order which was supposed to be picked up at 1030 am and I was there at 1040 and when I got there they was still closed and I had to drive around to the drive thru and I literally had to beat on the windows. To get someone's attention and they haven't even started making my order so I had to wait another 20 minutes and the lady didnt offer to refund my money or offer me a drink or anything. When I asked about why I still had to pay she said come on I am the only one here give me a break. Little does she know I had seen the guy in there with her.

This has been the thinnest pizza I have ever seen as hand tossed. It was almost see through if you pick it up to the light. Sauce was hardly hardly even though I ordered regular. Won't be ordering here again.

Every Tuesday they are having a promo for personal pans at 2$ until August Well for past 2 weeks they have run out of “personal pans” ok But they have pizza dough to make other sizes. I’ve worked at Pizza Hut and you take dough and use pans that are washable. That being said if you have a promo going you need to make sure people can actually get the deal!!! I would bet my bottom dollar that Pizza Hut is purposely doing this. In my opinion this makes them dishonest and sneaky. Basically Pizza Hut is scamming the public to get people in there because they are going down in popularity

Ordered large 1 topping stuff crust online confirmation email says order will be ready at 12:31. When I get there the guy with his bare hands starts preparing my pizza. The lady i presume is the manager says it's her systems fault, that they don't get orders right away. I got my pizza 15 minutes later

the restaurant is very dirty inside and staff suckz. The staff is something else. Never did they ask us if we wanted something to eat or drink . Stared at us and then went into the restroom . We walked out and will never go back . It was very disappointing . Pizza Huts used to be a nice place to gather.

I’ve been in walk in freezers warmer than this place. I had to go get blankets to warm my children up with. The dining room is disgusting. The bathroom smells like raw sewage. How is this place still open?
