We LOVE the bagels and ice coffee!!!!! Muddy tires or redneck crazy, they are both so good! The different combinations of bagels is awesome! Staff is friendly and fun, always so kind!!!!! Our favorite breakfast stop! My daughter says it’s better than the other major coffee shop she’s been too!!!!!!

Normally it's a 5/5. Though I will say I was annoyed when I discovered it's.75 to get your drink made as a frappe.
They where out of Chi so I just asked for a refund, I wasn't feeling anything else. I ordered a med which is $5.50 before tax. However, I was charged .75 to have it made frozen, then an additional 1.50 for a shot of expression put in it. Then tax.( I did have another drink that was not returned, dlfor my husband) He handed me $5.50 I said I don't think that's right. I showed my receipt and he ultimately gave me proper refund. I will say he was nice . Most time we love it here we had a few issues but nothing major.

Updating my review, You guys are dropping the ball. Service is getting unacceptable. Works look like someone is forcing them to work against their will and it’s expressed in their attitude. Sandwich didn’t come either bacon, and the worker just handed it to me in the drive thru… no bag or napkins.

Went to this place on a whim, and so glad we decided to go! The bagels are amazing I did the “build your own bagel” option and got the cheddar bagel with fried bologna, egg, cheese and mayo & it was amazing. I also got the salty white pickup drink blended and it was delicious (a little on the sweet side, wish it was saltier). We will definitely be coming back!

I went here the other day to meet with a doula client and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend! Frozen latte was just like one i had in Gatlinburg and had been searching to have replicated! Couldn’t recommend enough
