I would have gave no stars if it would have let me. The taco bell in Inman SC has old food and the worst customer service ever. They need to close that place or fire everyone and hire people who care about the food and service. The owner must not care either or something would be done about it. This store has been bad for 10 years or more.

Me and my mom were door dashing. We waited for longer than 20 minutes for our food. Not acknowledged once. There was a wasp in there on the window! After we finally got our food no one apologized for the wait. They didn’t even use straws!!

I deliver for Uber eats and this particular taco Bell has terrible service for delivery. They will not wait on you unless you get their attention and then they are rude as can be. I was in there yesterday and this overweight lady, presumably the manger, running the drive thru was not only rude to me but also to two door dashers, and a young girl that had picked up her order but the order was wrong. This location could use a change in management or maybe better training. Avoid this taco Bell and go a little further down the road for your taco Bell fix.

This use to be my favorite Taco Bell but lately everytime I order it’s wrong or the workers are just lazy and don’t put the correct ingredients in things. Today so far I’ve opened one thing the chips and the bag and cheese isn’t even half full. Crazy after you spend $3 for this. Have some pride in what you put out. Def in need of a new manager.

You cannot order at the counter. You have to use the kiosk. If you have a problem with the kiosk you will be ignored until you leave.
