Me and my mom were door dashing. We waited for longer than 20 minutes for our food. Not acknowledged once. There was a wasp in there on the window! After we finally got our food no one apologized for the wait. They didn’t even use straws!!

I deliver for Uber eats and this particular taco Bell has terrible service for delivery. They will not wait on you unless you get their attention and then they are rude as can be. I was in there yesterday and this overweight lady, presumably the manger, running the drive thru was not only rude to me but also to two door dashers, and a young girl that had picked up her order but the order was wrong. This location could use a change in management or maybe better training. Avoid this taco Bell and go a little further down the road for your taco Bell fix.

This use to be my favorite Taco Bell but lately everytime I order it’s wrong or the workers are just lazy and don’t put the correct ingredients in things. Today so far I’ve opened one thing the chips and the bag and cheese isn’t even half full. Crazy after you spend $3 for this. Have some pride in what you put out. Def in need of a new manager.

You cannot order at the counter. You have to use the kiosk. If you have a problem with the kiosk you will be ignored until you leave.

Sat at drive thru for 25 minutes at the speaker. This is strike 3 for this restaurant. Pitiful service.
Whether you go inside or the drive-thru, expect a long wait time and don't expect to receive all of your food. This location doesn't have it together at all. It's always messy inside, so we never dine in. Check your bag before you leave. My last 2 visits were missing items that I was charged for. Didn't realize it until we were home.

Don’t go here. Worst Taco Bell ever. I ordered food on their stupid app and paid for it and when I came to get it they said they don’t have my order. I drove away angry losing $12! Thanks Taco Bell!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Went through the Drive through and ordered. When I was waiting for the food I noticed that it said chips and guacamole on the receipt. It should have been a Mexican pizza. I told the lady at the window I didn’t order that and it should be a Mexican pizza. She refunded the money for the chips and guacamole but never mentioned the pizza. I asked her if I could still get my pizza and she was not happy about that. To say that she was rude is an understatement. So I pay the 7$ for the pizza, get it and go home. I just took a bite of this and almost puked. It tastes like it has cleaning product on it. I literally think someone did something to it. This is absolutely terrible. If I get sick I know why.
