Ordered my food on the app went through the drive through and they were VERY unhelpful, saying that they aren’t seeing the order, but not giving the time of day when we came inside to get things figured out they brushed us off saying they don’t run the app and didn’t help us any further. Gift card lost.

I did a inside mobile order, after buying the food they was suppose to call out your name in order to grab your food next thing I saw my food on the counter and I assumed it was either mine or someone else’s I got up to the counter and it was my food but no one called out my name to grab it.

I love taco Bell food but I haven't had a correct order from this place in close to 20 visits. Missing food. Incorrect food. I'm out close to $30.At this point I'm done visiting. I drive to the Duncan building.
I dont normally do reviews often but felt I needed to. I came here today for fries and a drink. I asked for fresh fries and was told they were only up for 4 minutes. Told me to pull in the waiting spot just to bring me more old fries as if I wouldn’t notice, probably the ones I gave back. I won't be coming back to this location since asking for fresh food is an issue.

That is what was all I got in my chicken chalupa I got a nachos craving box also asked for no beans in my burrito and it had beans … fries were cold very disappointed live 2 mins away won’t be back for a long time I will drive to another Taco Bell or just choose not to eat here.
