Sarah took our order. It took us time to figure out what we wanted since it was our 1st visit to BBQ Shack. Sarah was very accommodating. One plate had pulled pork with 2 ribs, tried 3 sauces they make, with slaw, hush puppies. A slice of bread is part of meal.. Also had hash, red slaw, baked beans, & potato salad. The food was good. Service was excellent. Note: The BBQ Shack has limited hours. They also offer catering.
I love trying BBQ all over the country and I've gotta say this place rocks!! Their ribs had a hint of smokey flavor without overdoing it. The ribs were lean and cooked to perfection. I was also pleased with the friendly service. If you're in town, make sure you put them on your list to try. You won't be disappointed!
The people that work here are very nice but the tea was not sweet and the BBQ was eh at best. Nothing to write home about. It was not dry but it was not very flavorful either. We'll give them another shot and hopefully can up this to a 5 star review.
