What a complete disappointment. It took A LEGITIMATE HOUR from the time we sat down until we got our food.

Portions are small, and I probably could have caulked a window with our cold and overcooked scrambled eggs.

"Breakfast" for two, with tip, was just under $40.

It's a wonderful cute venue, and it would be a GREAT place for a restaurant.

Took to long to get over cooked, rubbery eggs and still left hungry!! Will not be back or encourage any friends to visit. This was our first and last trip here. Waitress was the best part of our experience. She couldn't apologize enough, bless her.

Visit was overall fantastic, great service and charming atmosphere. Wait staff were friendly & attentive. Never felt rushed even after going for seconds.

The lattes have a decadent frothy smooth texture, and the right amount of sweetness. Could use a little more flavoring but i understand it's hard to do that without knocking off the sweetness to coffee ratio. the lavender honey was delicious. Loved that i could actually taste the lavender; it wasn't overpowered by the honey like I've seen at other places. Seasonal flavor was great as well.

Menu has a great variety, whether you're in the mood for sweet or savory, breakfast or lunch they've got it covered. Presentation for all dishes were beautiful, honestly confused why some reviews say otherwise. Menu is clearly well thought out, each dish we ordered matched its description. Flavors were fantastic beyond expectations. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a professional behind this menu.

I will say portions are a tad small, we still felt hungry after both our $10 crepes, & this is coming from someone who doesn't normally finish a meal at restaurants. Personally i believe the quality makes up for this size difference, so perhaps this is intentional to make high quality food more affordable? Would have loved if i could get a small side with my crepe for that price.

But being hungry did give me the opportunity to try out the lunch menu! The mac & cheese was phenomenal. tasted like something i homemade for thanksgiving recently. Although description did mention panko crumbs, which were nowhere to be seen.

Overall fantastic experience. Never have i loved a place so much that we both ordered a whole second meal lol. Worth the splurge

The atmosphere and space are absolutely stunning—clean, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. The service was good as well, and we appreciated the effort from the staff.

However, we were very disappointed with the food. I ordered the shrimp po’ boy, but the lettuce was wilted, and the Roma tomatoes were moldy. My husband had the Amos Street crepe with grits, but the grits were cold, clumpy, and tasted like they’d been microwaved instead of freshly made. We also both ordered cappuccinos.

Our total came to about $65 after tip for the two of us, which would have been fine if the food had met basic quality standards. I hope the restaurant takes the time to review their food preparation process and makes improvements.

**** DID NOT HAPPEN like that**** All I was ever told on my repeated calls was the owner would call me back. You didn't. I stand by my review!

***Edit after owner reply**
That is an absolute lie! I do not have a single missed call, email, or a voicemail from your business. Not one. I answer my phone every time it rings because I have elderly parents and family all throughout that area. For you to insinuate anything remotely leading to the fact that you did what you should have is absolutely unbelievable. I would’ve had more respect for you had you just owned up to the fact that you dropped the ball. But for you to come back at me and lay this on my feet …the sheer audacity!

After waiting weeks after leaving repeated phone messages with your staff about hosting a bridal shower event for my sister at your restaurant and not even having the common courtesy of a callback to tell me you are too successful to need any further business, I am infuriated. I can’t attest to how your food tastes, or your atmosphere, but I can tell you your customer service is absolute garbage! Congratulations on being so successful that you don’t need business.

Our entire family was together for the holidays and we were excited to share a meal together. There is eight of us (we have six kids). We were disappointed when we arrived to be told that they couldn’t seat the eight of us together and we’d have to be set at two tables. Thankfully, there was two table side-by-side so that worked out OK. Our waiter was great, very kind and helpful. Atmosphere was great. Food was average at best. My wife and I both got biscuits both of which were so dry and crumbly that we could barely pick it up to eat the biscuit. My wife got chicken on hers and I’m not sure if it was a tender or what but it was disappointing. Our fruit bowls were far from fresh and portions were small. Kids didn’t complain, but nobody was that impressed with any of the food. I will say the lavender flavored coffee was excellent. This was my second visit, the first time we had a similar opinion of the food, but thought we’d give it one more chance. Not sure we’ll go back certainly not if we can’t sit together as a family.

I’m going to try and make this post as short as possible without excluding the reasoning for my review. While attending the fall festival with another family my husband and I suggested we go to the crepe factory to sit down and eat instead of trying to efficiently feed everyone in each of our families with street/food truck food. We were disappointed and embarrassed for recommending we eat there after the, less than average food we all received. The restaurant had a “special limited menu” due to the event being held that day. Side note: There were no children’s meals included on the menu. You’d expect with the limited menu that the food would be stellar. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced. The Crepes were crunchy and crumbled like a cracker, the bacon was limp and under cooked, the burger was cold and looked as if it was a pre-formed frozen burger that didn’t even fill the roll it came on; no flavor seasoning ext… and everyone’s fries/tots were cold limp and under cooked. When we brought up the fry situation to the waitresses attention; she insisted she would bring out fresh hot ones. Only some of us got new ones. I personally said that they should be hot, golden brown and not limp. She said she would bring me new ones; which never happened. It was an over all disappointing experience that we had to pay good money for. I wish I could say that I would recommend this restaurant to more people, but now you’ve got two families who will never frequent this establishment again or suggest anyone else to either. I hate giving a review like this but it was very upsetting.

In response to your explanation: No, no children’s menu was provided or relayed by the waitress; she had to excuse herself to the kitchen and find out what she could offer the kids. Then she mistakingly brought the child chicken finger instead of Corn dogs ;which she ordered. Chicken fingers weren’t even an option… changing fryer grease doesn’t keep French fries from coming out “hot and crispy” the way they are meant to be when made to order. No, you would not be correct in saying were all brought new ones. The only side that was replaced were the tots ordered by two of the guest. No one brought any French fries out to replace the ones that were on my order; after being told that they would be replaced. I had the parmesan fries with my order which came out cold, limp, and undercooked. The parmesan cheese didn’t stick to the fries because they were cold! I am now aware that I must request my bacon be cooked too. Many of the components to the menu were pre-cooked for the expectation of a busy day. I see you want to salvage something from this review but being in denial of your customers experience is not how you do it. Thank you for your response though.

Dined here for breakfast this morning for the first time. Such a lovely atmosphere and great service. We ordered sunny side up eggs, bacon and a crepe. I wasn’t a fan of the crepe but having never eaten one before it could just be me. The eggs and bacon were great! Definitely would make a return visit.

My husband and I ordered the Howard St chicken crepe . The presentation was horrible.. The crepe tasted absolutely terrible. It's a flavorless mince meat with runny mayo like sauce balled up in a half cooked dough they try to pass as a crepe ( see pictures). The grits top with cheese was good. The Prospect St strawberry crepe was weird with lots of whipped cream, two small chopped strawberries and chocolate syrup ( no Nutella) lots of the doughy crepe. We did not attempt to eat the dessert but still had to pay for it. The server was very nice and professional. He did not cook the food but he was very apologetic. They have recognition and awards articles with pictures of their crepes hanging on their wall. It's clearly not the same quality of food or care of presentation that they had in the past. As you can tell from the picture ( the last three photos of the articles hanging in the restaurant
) Not the same quality of food. Sadly, not even close.

My wife and I both ordered the Howard St crêpe, which is described as "shredded chicken cooked in a rich tarragon cream sauce with mushrooms and spinach".
What we received, however, was bland, lukewarm, minced, glop, redolent of Gerber's baby food. It contained two small slivers of mushroom and no discernable spinach. The crepe batter had an unusual texture and was undercooked.
While my crepe was folded in at least a vaguely competent, although sloppy, manner, my wife's, supposedly identical crêpe, was wadded up in the manner of an ungainly dumpling indelicately created by a temperamental six-year-old.
The Signature Brussels Sprouts Hash Browns were a greasy travesty. The brussels sprouts had seemingly been deep fried into the kind of sad pointlessness usually reserved for offal.
