Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The Drive Thru service at Zaxbys is absolutely terrible. There have been multiple times where I’ve had to wait 35+ minutes in the drive thru. 35 minutes is a long time if you’re going through the drive thru because you’re in a hurry. Especially when you used the app, and already paid for your food, so you can’t leave. Just seems like the workers don’t care. Terrible service

Absolutely the worst, go get wings teriyaki, get home they give me the 5 piece after i paid for the large, go back to just order the large again get back home and get the boneless. This place sucks go to the new one off 129.

That Abigail lady st the register was a real sweetheart. Food was good,but a little soggy on the fries.

Extremely rude. The girl taking our order inside obviously didn't want to be there. Messed up our orders. People who ordered after us were getting their food before us. Didn't get what we ordered. Didn't want to turn back since we were heading home to Tennessee

Attached is how many fries came in a kids meal. I got two kids meals in my order the other was fine but it’s like they ran out for the other one and didn’t want to hold up the line. This is the second time in a week I’ve been disappointed in this particular location!

I never understood working a customer service job but lack customer service. Who ever is taking orders at the drive thru needs an attitude readjustment. I was trying to be polite but they're dealing with my food, but the next time I will not be so pleasant. Same goes for the cashier!

Wow We go to Zaxby’s once a week … Thinking we’ll drive to Greer the portions tonight were Ridiculously small Were aware of the price increases and VERY Aware of the Portions.
Total FAIL tonight! Greer’s portions are Consistent…. Just do Better for those who will continue to support you.

I went to Zaxby’s and got a house salad like I normally do. When I got home and opened it up, I saw a fly sitting right on top of the lettuce. It was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw the whole thing away.

Went to eat with my husband and kids today. A rude customer in a Burger King outfit demanded free food because they messed up his order.The lady upfront was very kind and helpful to the man but he kept on insisting free food because “that’s good customer service” is what he kept on shouting. My guess is that’s their policy at BK. These poor kids get treated horrible with some of the customer that come in. I worked in fast food myself and not all places impose the same rules/service. This world needs to treat workers with more respect. Customers like these ruin our experience on eating out.

I ordered a salad twice this week. Both times the lettuce was turning brown. Today my salad didn’t have any cucumbers and fried onions. I went through the drive through or I would have complained than. I have always gotten great salads here. You need to see that the salads are made right. Thanks

Long Wait time at the drive thru window and Got the order wrong! Asked for grilled, got fried and asked for No sauce on sandwich and got sauce! Zalad was not a full plate. So basically no one listens or reads!!
