Just not that good and messed up the order

The food was good, hot fresh and quickly served but the restaurant itself was disgusting. Trash everywhere, food on the floor, roaches crawling around, wouldn’t eat here again just off the sake of seeing that. You can tell cleanliness doesn’t take priority here.

I got grilled chicken sandwich with tomatoes plus fries.The grilled chicken looked like it had been sitting for hours. Tomatoes looked old. I got sick after I ate it. I was so hungry because I had nothing to eat all day. I will never go back.

Usually they're on point with the food here but tonight it was subpar. Got a chicken finger plate that had maybe twelve fries on it and they were ice cold and looked like they had been sitting there for hours. Chicken fingers were hard and cold as well. If it wasn't $12 for a plate I would be less inclined to leave a bad review but I mean really?

Placed an online mobile order for curb side pickup. Clicked the “I’m here” and waited over 10 minutes. Finally had to go in to get my order and when I got home was missing one of the meals. Ridiculous that I spent almost $50 and was missing part of the order and they service was off.

The last few trips to Zaxby’s has not been great! I ordered a salad and some of the lettuce was withered and brown. The whole salad tasted really bad. The last trip we ordered chicken strips. The chicken strips were so salty we couldn’t finish eating them. I love Zaxbys but not if the food is as bad as our last few visits.

Wow ! Fastest food I have ever received at a fast food place. Every item was hot and fresh and seasoned. This was my first time at Zaxbys and the experience was soo good. They have a customized drink machine. I ordered the Mr.Beast Feastable box and all the items were good inside. I liked the Zax sauce. Even the milk chocolate bar was the perfect temperature to eat. I shared my food with my family and the box disappeared. We all enjoyed the food here.
