Zaxbys in Inman is the place to go, everything was fantastic, their is a employee, I think her name is Rhylea, she is very nice and helpful!

Drive thru staff needs to get it together….twice in the past 2 weeks I’ve ordered on the app and get there and they try to give me someone else’s order and then get an attitude with you about it.

The Drive Thru service at Zaxbys is absolutely terrible. There have been multiple times where I’ve had to wait 35+ minutes in the drive thru. 35 minutes is a long time if you’re going through the drive thru because you’re in a hurry. Especially when you used the app, and already paid for your food, so you can’t leave. Just seems like the workers don’t care. Terrible service

Absolutely the worst, go get wings teriyaki, get home they give me the 5 piece after i paid for the large, go back to just order the large again get back home and get the boneless. This place sucks go to the new one off 129.

Extremely rude. The girl taking our order inside obviously didn't want to be there. Messed up our orders. People who ordered after us were getting their food before us. Didn't get what we ordered. Didn't want to turn back since we were heading home to Tennessee

Attached is how many fries came in a kids meal. I got two kids meals in my order the other was fine but it’s like they ran out for the other one and didn’t want to hold up the line. This is the second time in a week I’ve been disappointed in this particular location!

I never understood working a customer service job but lack customer service. Who ever is taking orders at the drive thru needs an attitude readjustment. I was trying to be polite but they're dealing with my food, but the next time I will not be so pleasant. Same goes for the cashier!
