We are regulars that live close. This is my favorite Zaxby’s that I have ever been to. Kickin Chicken sandwich a great option. Customer service is amazing. The employees are trained great. The feel of the restaurant is great. The drive thru is very good and the speakers are above average!

Second time I’ve went here and paid good money for COLD FOOD! Especially the shrimp it is NEVER HOT AND NEVER FRESH! Been cooked for hours and they got the nerve to send it out the window!

First time eating at Zaxbys and I am thrilled to have this place 5 minutes down the road !! Place was clean , employees were friendly and the food was Great ( I had to go back up and order more food to take home) again Very Happy and Thank You to the Crew . I'm looking forward to going again .

It was take out. Didn't check the order... it was wrong. Really disappointed. We do not have time to drive back, weight 15 minutes again to have them fix something that should not have been a issue.Folks have to accept the higher cost and now we must endure incorrect orders. Like I said VERY DISAPPOINTED!We will not be recommending this zaxbys to anyone.

My wife picked up 3 grilled chicken salads this afternoon and they got the order wrong, after repeating the order back to her. The worst part was the grilled chicken, it was so dry and should have been served.

The prices are high everywhere but 11 bucks for a salad! And there's so much lettuce . But yes there food is great and I love Zaxbys.
