We were attending a wedding at Heyward Manor and needed an RV site, well we found this awesome spot which is only a mile away! Had chili dogs which were great, service was great and Mike is an amazing host! This place is simple, quiet and inexpensive. You can't lose, great food and near Richard b Russel, room for your boats too. He has 2 campers you can rent, they are beautiful!

Hoping to try the food soon but it was recently remodeled and very clean. The menu offerings look great!

I had a great experience at this cafe, their food was exceptional. You have options between what vegetables to be added, should it be cooked with or without bones, and even if it should be fresh or refrigerated.Service here was great! The staff with excellent with their responsibilities and they are able to sustain a nice manner. This place is great, the owner who works on Saturdays and Sundays is very friendly and engages with the people eating.The atmosphere is very great and their cleanliness was also extremely good. They maintained a well balanced musical environment, they also have community events that are held. The next one is on June 1st. It’s a great place to eat, enjoy and relax. I would 100% recommend eating here if you’re visiting Iva In SC, or even if you live there!

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian section of this place is somewhat recommendable. There are a lot of options for you to choose from and you can find lots of non-vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: Best place for customizing your meals. You can ask for food items to be taken away and added.

Parking: Located in front of the cafe, there aren’t assigned parking spots with the white lines on sides so it’s a free for all parking system.

Kid-friendliness: This place is super kid friendly! The owner had talked and engaged with us.

Wheelchair accessibility: This place has a double door entrance and there are booths/tables you can move chairs to sit on.

We stayed at Mike’s RV and had to stop by his store for the best breakfast in town! I placed a big order and the staff was so patient and polite. Mike treats his customers like family which is so sweet and you feel the love that goes into this business. Southern hospitality to the maxx!! Thank you for hosting us, Mike!!!!!! We really appreciate it!!!
