I was very pleased with this Subway. The girl that took my order was very courteous and everything was done correctly. Her name was Ella and I wanted to give a shout out to her as how she didn't get all stressed out with the line of people she had. I will definitely come back here again.

If the girls spent more time conversing with their customers as much as they did with each other I wouldn't had to repeat order like I did. While eating, we watched a older gentleman stand in line not acknowledged one time while waiting and eventually decided to walk out. The girl that was running the cash register named Ella made a comment at least that was one less customer she had to wait on and was bragging about it. Very unprofessional and immature.

I ordered a cold cut salad from here. Arrived home my salad was missing half of the toppings I asked for. No cheese, tomatoes, and stuff like that. On top of it, they did not fill my bowl to the top rather it was under half full.

Awful service. Drive thru sign was lit up saying it was open. They never acknowledged that I was there, never once spoke to me, I sat there for a good 15 min thinking maybe they were busy. Finally decided to go to the window, thinking maybe the speaker wasn't working, and they ignored me there as well. Awful service. Won't be back.

Went to Subway today to order me a sub and the service was horrible. The lady who took my order was rude with a snotty attitude. I presented my coupon and she told me that it was expired instead of saying no to the food. I went ahead and paid the full price for the food, but was very disappointed with the sub the bread was soggy, almost as if it was sitting there for a long time I will not be going back to the subway again.

I don't know how corporate has not shut this drive thru down at MINIMUM. The service is already horrible- which says something in small of a town as Iva- but the fact that all staff at all times and shifts just don't respond to drive thru when they "get too busy" (with 3 people inside) even if it was 30, dont have a drive thru OPEN if youre going to be that rude and not provide drive thru service. If youre too busy- put a closed sign up at the driveway at least. Seriously. At LEAST. But they wouldnt want their GM or DM or mystery shopper come by and see what they can take a pic of. This says so much, bc Ive never ever given a bad review and don't give them much, but this place is so bad- solely because of the staff on all shifts. I wish i could say it was just 1 or 2, but its literally every worker making sandwiches, being cashier and in plain sight, theyre all horrible, making the experience horrible.

I hate that they changed the pickles. Now they're more like a bread and butter pickle. So if you want a dill flavor, get the banana peppers. It's a good alternative.
