Well this location has went downhill though the years. I try to avoid it unless I absolutely have to eat in Iva, which is every so often. The dining room is always dirty, sometimes very obviously so. The staff are overall not good. There's a few that know what they are doing, but they usually aren't here when I order/come in. They have gotten my order wrong a few times and times in the past they had to call me because they were completely out of something. In general they aren't very nice and one in particular is downright rude. One was coughing while making my sandwich, never saw her wash her hands. Usually on their phones or going in and out, don't make the customer feel like a priority. Found a couple of ants at the table I was eating at one time. The food itself is below average or average and doesn't usually taste fresh. It's unfortunate because this place could be really nice. The Subway in Belton is really good, I wish they'd take some inspiration from them. I get the feeling that whoever owns or runs this one doesn't really care. The people in Iva are almost at their mercy because there's so few choices. Anyway, that's my review and I'm not trying to be mean or anything, I really would like this place to be better.

I ordered online and the bread was completely raw and the avocado and all we got was completely rotten and I contacted the manager and all and mentioned how these people put all the toppings for the sandwich on the side of mine and my fiancés sandwich and literally gave us nothing we asked for and once the manager or whoever contacted me back got an attitude with me saying how it was fresh and it was in fact not rotten and trying to call me a liar after what her employees did. Really bad way to represent your company.

Each time we go there the bread is always so fresh and warmed just right.They always have the subs just right with the amount of sauces and vegetables. Customer service is also great! This location is the best I have been to. Shout out to the Manager and her excellent Team!
