Just placed an online order 12-31-25. 3 foot longs with the herb cheese bread, 2 of the sandwiches we’re supposed to have extra meat. Didn’t get the herb cheese bread on any of the sandwiches. A phone call would’ve been nice so we could have the option of choosing something else. Also, there was no extra meat that I paid for!!! Don’t know who’s running this place but they need new management!!

I usually eat here on Fridays for lunch. I will not return u less they change the employees. They do not know how to make subs and if you order online it will not be right. I recommend more workers to help with the work load or change back to the original staff!

This has to be the nastiest restaurant I've ever ate at. No gloves sandwich was so nasty bread was old & dry. I will not be back at this location. It also smelt like a landfiled. Must be something wrong with the sewer. Save time & money you have been warned ‼️

If you’re a person who likes surprise meals when ordering online this subway is just the one for you. You never know what you’ll get. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Several months ago our order was completely wrong, the worst part my kids milk was out of date by several months. Today 7.25.25 around 5:00 we ordered again to see if the employees and food were any better.. to our surprise they’re still an absolute joke! The only thing they got right was the cheese pizza’s, the subs were literally two different subs with completely different veggies and sauces.. I usually don’t leave reviews or comments on places but this place needs to do a complete turn over with their employees, management or something. Jackson doesn’t have many food options around, the least they could do is hire people that will pay attention to detail and double check themselves before tossing food off in a bag.

Ordered a tuna sub on flat bread. Waaaay too much condiments. Soooo much olives. like do you want some tuna with you olives? They always go really heavy on the condiments. Most of the time I have to put less and I didn’t this time.

Would leave negative if i could. On a tuna sub if that is what they want to call it. You get more tuna in one of those packets in the store. I would at least like to taste it. Will never go there again.

First time here and everything was great. Wasn't crowded and service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean.
Parking: The parking lot is small but plenty of parking for the area being that it's in a small town . Did not see any handicap parking.
