Listen, it's not a romantic restaurant unless you are a lowcountry born and raised water loving person. This is a fantastic family style restaurant with some fantastic food!! Stop by and enjoy!!

We’re from northern Nevada. This by far is the best local place to have a meal. My sister is in Beaufort and we went to Charleston. We stoped here on our way back and I’m glad we did!!! I had grilled shrimp and my husband had the grilled fish. It was perfectly cooked! Excellent service!

I always try to find local restaurants when I travel. My wife and I were passing through South Carolina on the way home and stopped in on a Saturday afternoon about 1:30 in the afternoon. I had the gator bites appetizer and scallops with clam strips lunch special. My wife had the ribeye and potato. Everything was outstanding I could have made a meal of the gator bites alone. Great little local spot I would definitely eat here again when I am passing through.

You can tell when a true southerner puts all of their love into the way they cook seafood. I've grown up catching, cleaning, cooking, serving seafood, all of my life.
I can truly say, this was the best fried shrimp I've had in a long time! Not to mention, the perfectly cooked fries, and the exceptional coleslaw.
This will definitely be a stop for me in the future!! Weds-Sat only...Sunday too. Worth it!!

WHY would you ever suggest that we leave our fur baby in the CAR?? Think before you speak. Also disappointed that you serve imported shrimp. Tsk tsk. Lost another regular. Good luck!
They allow 90lb labs as service dogs but refuse a paraplegic 15yr old Jack Russell to sit in my lap without making a noise. Told me to leave dog in the car, it would be fine. lol, bc that seems logical. Once a week became once a never again.

I've come here three times, and the pricing is inconsistent, this time the seafood boil was 52$, it's usually 30$ the gator bites were also saltier than normal. And the gator bite dinner was missing hush puppies as well. The pepsi was good though

Stopped by here on my way home, passed by about 10 times previously and decided to stop. I ordered to whole flounder with the sides and it was fantastic, the price was $24 per person

Just had a great lunch here. The gator bites and grouper sandwich were perfect with a nice side of grits and tea. Would stop by here again next time we’re in the area. The staff was warm and welcoming, and extremely attentive checking in with us repeatedly. A very clean and charming local spot that didn’t treat us badly even though we were obviously not from around here.
