The workers have no idea what they’re doing and are so rude. This bojangles has been awful for years and I’m not sure how they’re still in business. I keep thinking it will get better and only come here because it’s close to home and convenient, but never again. I’d rather drive to Camden or Lancaster.

My parents went into this facility and they owed them chicken from the last time they went and it was messed up. My father is sick with cancer and the service worker was so rude to him and threw a box at him! I called and not much feedback from that. They stated that my father was a rude man! This place is a joke and a back woods hole in the wall.

How can we be in the south and nobody seasonings their fries. The fries are garbage without the seasoning. Also I asked for sweet tea and got unsweet tea. I wish I could give negative stars

Chicken was old and nasty looking, the manger got mad when I requested fresh chicken, she was going around the store telling the other workers with an attitude she say she will wait for more, she say she will wait for more. Tha place needs to be closed down, people work to hard to just receive anything from these nasty restaurants. Close that place Down!!!!!!!!!!! They don't deserve any stars.

Workers incompetent. Waited 15 min for 3 meals, when we were told we were just waiting on fries. 2 separate workers brought us the wrong food and had to ask us what we had. Had to get out the car to go ask to be met at the door with our food. Get it together.

This does not include the morning shift but the afternoon/lunch time…is the absolutely worse. I order a supreme box combo..I had no fries..chicken tenders were old..ranch was spilled all over my food and the sweet tea was not sweet at all.

They have messed up my order EVERY TIME I come. Dirty coleslaw cups an I may get one that’s half eatin out of. I hate to see how their homes look if that’s the service they give at work.
