I love Bojangles I live in California and wish there was a Bojangles in California if I had the money I would build 1 I know for a fact it would do great but it would have to be exactly like the ones in North Carolina and South Carolina. Texas Pete finally is being sold out there 13 years ago when I moved back to California I had to have my Dad send me Texas Pete Chick-fil-A is finally out there as well unfortunately not in the town I live in but hopefully soon

Since my dental surgery? I've been enjoying mashed potatoes and gravy daily. I did realize they have two kinds of gravy. Both kinds are good. Green beans are delicious too!

Loud rude girl taking order, asked for receipt and she said you'll get one. Got tray, no receipt and went back up there to ask for one and she was rude and said this is aggravating. Food good, coffee watery, very little coffee in it.

I have yet to go through the drive thru and not have to pull to the side and wait for 15-45 mins, it's a drive thru to be quick, I could go buy and cook my own chicken by the time you wait on this slow place.

Honestly the worst place to get food in kershaw. Ordered a supreme combo and 2 chicken thighs never received the fries for the meal but got a drink and biscuit. The kitchen staff also packaged my supremes and thighs together in the same box. Upon returning to the restaurant to fix the issue the cashier at the window was rude when I simply said there was a mistake. I explained that how come of they didn’t know it was a meal that was ordered then why was I given a drink and biscuit. This was met with a sarcastic remark the kind that says ok I don’t care what do you want me to do. Avoid this place like the plague unless you like being angry that is.

The service is iffy its according to who is working and what time you go. Morning shift is great. Evening shift employees are iffy. Food can be good some times and some times its too greasy or the biscuits are too hard. The employees always forget to put napkins or condiments in the bag and always silverware. 9 times out of 10 we have to park and go back in to get what we need to finish our order for the extras like the condiments. The evening shift employees can be rude at times but as i said its according to whose working in the evenings at Bojangles in Kershaw location
I asked for a freshly cooked chicken sandwich. I paid at the window and was asked to pull forward to wait. By the time I stopped I'm assuming the mgr. on duty was already there with my food. She had an attitude as she told me that the sandwich she was giving me was made with chicken cooked 20 minutes ago and was good for 30 minutes. She said she couldn't open a new bag of chicken to cook a fresh 1 as it would be wasteful. Very sad if she's mgr. material in that restaurant. Never again in Kershaw, sc. My sandwich was slightly above room temp.

This location is terrible. The service is awful and the food tastes like it’s been sitting all day. We sat in the drive through waiting for service for 15 min. The only car mind you. Once pulling to the window we were greeted with attitude after interrupting the comedy show that was going on inside. Finally get our food and get home and food is missing, and the drinks are flat. Never again.

This place needs help every time I go there they cant seem to get my orders right. I'm always missing something or they dont get it right. And then it takes so long to get it. It's like 30 mins or more. One customer in front of me finally got her food and it took an hour to get it. But when you go in there to get it straightened out they make you feel like you are dumb like you didnt order that.
