Like at least one other eatery in Kershaw, Chris Cromer Cafeteria could stand to invest in a water filter for ice and drinks. The strong taste of chlorine from the local water system was not only unappetizing, but probably not great for the health of patrons.Also, the green beans were too salty.

We went to Cromers for lunch after church. It was 12:50pm when we got there. The food was almost gone but we decided on eating what was left. We went to pay and was told cards were not accepted. That’s fine but the attitude we got was not! The snide remarks about it being posted on the door and the attitude was totally disrespectful. As we went out I checked the door. Guess what… it wasn’t posted on the door!!!!Just so you know Cromers, we won’t be back. It was your attitude that ruined my meal!!!?

Food is great but not enough went I at opening time was already out of food. If u know your gonna have a high volume of call ins and walk ins make the right amount of food. I know your trying not to waste food. But trust me it’s that

Thank you for preparing the food for my Thanksgiving pick-up. It was unbelievable as always and really enjoyed by all. I really appreciated it since I was unable to cook due to knee surgery. 10 stars if I could give it!

Local spot. Honestly food. Cafeteria style service. Reasonable prices. Bring cash, they do not have a card reader.
Vegetarian options: I don't know, I'm not a vegetarian. Bur they have a large selection of vegetables.
Parking: Dirt lot.
Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good luck!!! Parking is a dirt lot. The dining area has tables and chairs, no booths.
