So it’s really unfortunate that I’m having to leave this review because we loved this place and they have great food. But we have had CONTINUAL issues with our orders being wrong. We live a 20 minute drive away so it’s not at all convenient to bring the food back when it was reiterated time and again on the phone but the person taking orders when this happens has a language barrier. I tried every way to say it. She repeated back to me and seemed to understand. But somewhere between our call and the kitchen…something is lost because it’s continually wrong. It’s not even a hard request. A bean burrito. But every time we end up with a beef burrito. And then I’m told by an employee that they’ll figure it out and then they don’t bother to return call. My family was spending $60-120 a week in this establishment and now that will go out the door for them because of quality control and customer service issues. It’s a shame. I strongly desire to support local businesses but not like this. It’s a two way street.The food is great…just don’t rely on your order to be right.

Called to place an order to go and was hung up on. Then I called back and asked why I was hung up on and the person just asked if I was ready to order like she hadn't just been rude at all. I've always had great food at this location and thought it was great to have this restaurant in town, but if their employees are going to do such things, it doesn't matter how good the food is. Instead of the $60 order that I was going to place with them, I choose a different location in town. I do not recommend at this time, I'll try again in a month or two to see if the situation is resolved.

stay far away. dude if i could leave 0 stars i would. the chips taste days old, every bite you take taste like old grease. second of all THEY CHARGED ME FIVE DOLLARS FOR THIS. FIVE. DOLLARS.
Service was outstanding! Food, not so great. French fries were soggy and cold, but were replaced. Club sandwich was overtoasted and not served in a typical manner.

If you wanna go to a bar with loud people and poor service this is your place. We waited over 45 minutes for our order my order was given to the wrong table and they was going to slightly discount it and would have taken well over a hour to get the order. The service was poor and slow my kid was out of sweet tea for 10 minutes and no one would stop and ask if we needed anything. I do not recommend this place to anyone and hope this place shuts down like the rest. After arguing with 2 waitresses and the manager they took the order off the check 50 min after getting there and was put in a to go box. Took long enough to try to fix their mistake and help the customer during their screw up.
