The amount of times this location has messed up my mobile order is insane. They never get it right and never put all my items in the bag but make sure they always get their money. Used to be my favorite spot in town now I hate then

Came for lunch it was very good and the workers were all very kind and sweet! I enjoyed my little chit chat and decided to try a few new things. Only recommendation is getting a sauce for the pizza roll ups or adding more cheese!
Vegetarian options: You can build salads or subs to your liking!
Dietary restrictions: They have salads, or you can build a sub or salad how you need to for yourself. They have flat bread and wheat bread options as well!
Kid-friendliness: Most subways do not sell pizzas anymore. This location does!!

The staff is very friendly, but when I order on the app it’s almost wrongly made or just thrown together because it seems the meat and toppings are half way off the bread! Last time I order extra bacon, got all the way home and not only the extra bacon was missing the regular amount that was supposed to come on there wasn’t even on there! Never heard back from them yet but I still have the pictures because I was in such disbelief! So I’m out a tip and the extra money for the bacon and didn’t even get ANY bacon!

I walked in the establishment, there was two workers. I was the only person there. There was no greeting. The two workers looked right at me and said not one word. I stood there looking at the food station. It wasn't clean there was ice build up around the toppings. Still there was no greeting of any kind. After, standing there for awhile. I just walked out. If a business isn't going to greet a potential paying customer and ask can I help you. Then I refuse to spend my hard earn money there. It was absolutely no excuse to not ask a customer can I help you, when they are the ONLY one in there. This is definitely a training opportunity. That's only if upper management cares.
I understand that Subway is not for everyone, but I love it. It's quick and it's cheap.

They got roaches baby roaches at that I saw them bye the meat balls and they got moldy ice PLS DO NOT EAT THERE and night shift is completely ran by kids no one over the age of 19 is there after 7 it’s just teenagers and the girls be so rude the drink machine be broken ever 3 weeks it’s always leaking the mangers don’t gaf no more we need Tyler or Katie back things we’re in order when they worked but recently it’s been just terrible and I’ve been eating there for yearsss but the roaches were my last straw do not eat there for your health please do not eat there share this post with anyone who desires to eat at Kershaw subway

Everything was pretty good. Not the best sub I've ever had, it was mostly bread to be honest. But luckily, I really like bread. The workers were very nice and prompt. The store was fairly clean, was pretty late in the day so I understood. I frequent this Subway about 5 or 6 times a year because it is a nice place to go close to home.

I've given up trying to eat thru online ordering here. It's never right, even when addressed in the comment section of the ordering. My kids sandwich was rock hard. They are never Toasted when asked. I've gone numerous times thinking they were probably just busy, but it literally happens every time. I feel bad for the high school kids that work there. There's no leadership, they're left to figure everything out on their own. Even when people don't show up to work like they're supposed to, the manager never helps them out. They're left with maybe 1 or 2 workers to handle a store full of people trying to order and online orders! Do better management.
