Driving through Kingstree today. The employees of this KFC were going above and beyond to help a woman in distress out in the street in front of their store. Incredible display of kindness and compassion! ❤️❤️

The chicken was hot but tough. You should go into the Kingstree store to order and check your order before leaving. If you ask for a brest and wing and don't check what's in the bag. When you get you might have the thy and a drumstick.
The staff has short tempers and act like the customers are bothering them.
One young lady that worked there, she left to go into the arm forces, she had very nice manners.
I blame the managers. Your workers are a reflection of you. The way you're workers act is the way you allow them. If you act like you, the manager / owner don't care and it's all about the money, not thr service, that's the way your employees will act.

Chicken had a lot of fat unfer the skin. It's was not very tasty. The texture of the chicken was not fresh. Taste that it was heated or reheated too long.

My first issue was I ordered the 12 piece mixed and was given 12 pieces dark. Now I know why it's always good to check your boxes before leaving a restaurant. The second one is the fact that management and / or corporate doesn't invest in their employees and train them to provide excellent customer service.
women at counter had a terrible attitude all the drinks were out food was awful people begging outside bathroom was nasty i have never left a review in my life but this place was so bad i had too will never return.
I see exactly why I stopped going to kfc in the first place..decided to go there since I haven't been in a while..got my order and was missing straws...got a five peice with 3 breast and 2 of the tiniest wings ever...I mean I don't mind eating breast but they could've put a leg and a thigh in the place of 2 breast..I had an online order which I informed them before I got to the window..when I got to the windows she had the window open looking lost..giving me an amount and I told her I had an online order..smh that's why I love Hardee's they never get my order wrong and iif they only have breast they let me know once I get there..thats where I should've went instead but it will be a long time before I come here again..which I could've given 0 stars
They’re always out of inventory. They’ve been out of hot sauce, sodas, ranch, etc. You better check your bag because you may definitely get the wrong order or not everything in your order. The service here is pitiful and they may end up like the Burger King that just went out of business if they keep this up.
This KFC is the slowest one I have ever been to the workers ar very rude or they are always on their phone. If u ask them for something they have a attitude about it. This is the last time I will come here. Do better KFC in kingstree sc.
Born and raised in Kingstree, now live in Columbia,SC Went home to visit parents and decided on my way back home to ordered some food from the worst location in Kingstree. Would have been better off going to the dollar store or just stayed hungry. Never seen such unprofessional ,ignorer
Bunch of idiots with no idea what public relation means. Only there just for a check and no real concern toward the customers.. Now the reason for this poor review. I ordered on line and paid for a 16 piece special deal for pick up. So on my way back home to Columbia, I went inside to pick up my order Told the lady who I was and was picking up an on line order. She told me that the order was already picked up by me. So I attempted to explain to her saying that I didn’t pick up the order but y’all gave it to someone else. Then she spoke to another idiot who I thought was trying to make their error right but instead she acted like it was my fault that they allowed some one else with no verification, phone number, email or nothing just to come in and take an online order. So instead of admitting their screw up, those idiots played it off indicating that these incidents are common and the only option offered to me was to request a refund on line and to do another order. So not only am I out of 20plus dollars, but still don’t have my order. How stupid is that?
If that’s KFC policy, it need to be changed..Use some type of verification for these online orders to prevent incidents like this..So I did file a formal complaint with this store and requested a refund for the order I never received. The $23 dollars lost was not the problem. I could have dealt with that. The problem was the rudeness of the management and workers who seem to went out of their way not wanting to try and correct the issues and admit fault. Customer service doesn’t exist at that restaurant. I did stop in Sumter on my way home and reorder another meal and that KFC was like night and day. Excellent service all around. So never again in Kingstree. Definitely need new management and training.

This is by far the worst kfc I’ve ever been to! I ordered a small liver.They gave me a 3 piece.Went back, she gave me an order of gizzard. Which was hard as a rock. So I went back the 3rd time and my liver was extremely salty! My coworker tried it and said they pour to much salt in it. Could not eat my food and got tired of going back!! This is my second time eating here and the first time my chicken was so dried out,and dark.Like they not using hold time or filtering the grease properly! They need to be retrained or new management! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!

Worker attitude the worst area not clean. No gloves, no hair net playing in hair. Exchanging phone looking at pictures with customer and friends ( unsanitary).Said I was eating in I was still serve my food throw in a bag. Fly all in eating area dead fly are in window of eating area. Picture proof of dead flies…. Area for eating must be clean at all times

Ordered here 4 times in the past 2 weeks. 1st time out of pot pies and forgot my drink for my kids meal ( door dash order), 2nd time I went in person thru drive thru. When I went to place my order I was told we outta everything except ______ you wanna order from that. The cashier told me it would be 7 minutes on biscuits, then asked me to pull up because I was messing up their drive thru time. I pulled up then 10 minutes later I went back to the window and was told it would be 10 more minutes. It ended up being 30 minutes. Again I went this time for my dad I placed his order and dropped it off to him and went home. My dad told me the next day that all of his chicken was dried out and hard and he didn't eat the food. Yesterday I attempted to order pot pies and was told there was a 25 minute hold,I pulled off. Overall they suck! They are always out of something, food is almost always overcooked or order is wrong, and customer service is trash! Definitely a last choice option for my family and I.
