When I tell u don’t go here late the drive thru is never even packed and I been in line 20 min . There were only 4 cars in front. And now I’m still here just now getting to the third car. Nothing else open in this weird lil town and don’t feel like cooking this late so forced to wait. U would think I was waiting for White Castle. Make me wish a.i. worked these jobs now

Most ordering kiosks were offline and they don't even have a pour it yourself drink machine.
- Five Stars *The manager on shift 11/8/25 at 6.01 pm. You that make my experience hell, after coming so many times, alone or with family. You didn’t even care my 9year old daughter was with me. This “lady”/ dude, was complaining loudly about my order just because I add extras to my Big Mac ( ridiculous) I paid the price assigned to each extra and she was misleading her team to believe I ask for extra and did pay for them. Pickle are .10 and extra mc sauce is .29 all changed when I paid. By her actions causing other’s employees to also act with an attitude. Even all that I ask for my receipt she/ him also question that, the kiosks didn’t give one. I got the pickle but no Mac sauce when I ask, they ask me for the burger back(???) instead of just giving me q small container with it. So I refuse to let my food go back with them. The manager took a big deep breath to just to print my receipt, and now I’m here.
My food was cold, missing one of my extras(already paid) also my drink look like someone took a sip of it. I won’t ever come there again and I won’t referred or our workers. This person needs mental help. How you act like that when the customer is paying and plus the extras are there for people to get them. The way you carry your self in your personal life should be left in your car(if you got one) or at your house, no wandered misery follows you.

Worst experience ever always getting orders wrong even though I order on app I mean the order prints out for them how can you mess up preparing fast food correctly even forgot a drink on my order thanks Kingstree South Carolina McDonald’s for not being professional and the horrible night shift manager cussing at window and the customer service representative shutting window on me when I asked when the general manager was going to be working
Atleast act as if you are grateful for your job.
On top of all that couldn’t eat either burger in fear of food poisoning serving raw meat biggest waste of MY HARD EARNED MONEY NOT THAT THE NIGHT SHIFT KNOWS ABOUT HARD WORK TIGHTEN UP! I will be making a complaint to corporate. Hears the slop they tried to serve me I wouldn’t even feed this to a dog. Termination should happen.

Is a very disgraceful place of business a store full of adults with attitudes, kids give more respect to customers and that light skinned manager with the moles is the nastiest very rude & unprofessional never will go back I worked for McDonald’s for 16 years never had this experience before I will be complaining to corporate this zoo needs to be closed down
It's McDonald's what else is there to say some places are better than others though

I was driving after a long road and stopped to eat at this McDonald's I didn't like it right away. Teach your employees to say hello and smile, all the unfriendly ones don't say hello, terrible service.
