I got home and they forgot my fries and 4 pc mcnugget that I ordered with my 5 dollar meal, got back from work and this was the last thing I wanted to happen, Do better!

The food takes way too long I was in here for well over an hour waiting while the employees sat around doing nothing conversating about nothing being loud and rude

Very very slow, ordered at kiosk mcdouble mcchicken and large fry is alm I ordered 20 minutes I waited. Then had to tell them twice the mcdouble was missing she gave Me my bag back I got in the car to pull off they still got it wrong I had 2 mcchickens and a large fry. Of course I dlllgv:vf#s"c

Staff wasn't wearing glove and I'm assuming she was the manager was on her cell phone the whole time, whole place smelled like cat urine. I gambled with my food but after the horrible service and atmosphere it was shocking that they made one of the best burgers I've ever had at a McDonald's! Fix the problems and become the best ?

I stopped in at McDonalds in Kingstree, SC on 5-23-024. Time was around 8:30pm. Ordered a cheese burger with small fries and a medium tea along with a regular hamburger, small fries and medium sweet tea. WOW!!! Cost over $18.00. But my major concern was the condition of the inside of the establishment. Seriously!! Food all over the floor; both in dinning area and kitchen area. Had I’d been John Taffer from “Bar Rescue”, I may have shut this McDonalds down until the “owners” showed up with mops, buckets, rags and cleaning materials. We had to request rags so we could wipe the water out of our chairs and had to wipe some sort of grit off the top of our table. Except for the employees, we were the only customers in there. Would have moved to another table, but they all looked as if a cleaning or sterilization was needed. As stated; the “owners” need to drop in, unannounced, from time to time to assure that this establishment is kept up to par and sanitized! I can only say that the service was fine and friendly. But that’s the only credit I give.

What more can I say. It's McDonald's! They hardly get your order right, and the prices are through the roof. And they don't care.
This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever ate! This place in Kingstree makes me not even eat McDonald s anymore!
