During this entire conversation he was very flippant and short:
After arriving to pick up an online order, he informed me that he threw the order in the trash because there was a policy that states after 30 minutes, food must be thrown in the trash. I asked why - he informed me that they couldn’t keep the food in the warmer oven for over 30 mins that it would burn.
