I went there after placing an in advance order early that morning for lil wings. It was cancelled because they no longer sell these apparently but no one told me anything. I get an emergent call later to head to the hospital so was in a rush to get there after work. They are over 1hr away. So I go to get the food quick because I could at least eat on the way there, but no one can find the order.
The manager after several minutes of waiting comes over, looks up my number, and says “They cancelled it” and walks away. Then I asked to speak to a manager from the girl who couldn’t find the order for a long time. She points at the lady who says it was cancelled. The manager looks at her, and goes back to making food for 10-15min. Lots of wasted time. When she finally does come over she says “We don’t have anything to do with the app”. I had no more time I could waste (30min visit) so I leave saying I’d report it. I’m also diabetic so I had to hustle to find something to eat before making it to the hospital finally, sugar was low.

To be perfectly honest. Not a fan of the service at all. Walked in the facility. No hey, we will be right with you, instead 4 employees all looked at one another to see who was gonna be stuck with the customer. The employee who did help me out. I’m assuming she had an issue with me saying “can I get a large meat lovers.” Her immediate response was “can you?” Already see how the transaction was headed. She gave me my total of $16. Me being in shock of the price. I ask again to confirm it’s for a large pizza. No response. The young lady just pointed at the window behind me. Mind you. The sign is to be read from the outside of the window, not the inside. So her doing that was pointless as hell and Just unacceptable.
I mean even deaf people have an actual way of communicating. No name tags. Only one of 7-8 employees had a hair net on. But just about every employee had long hair like myself….that sheds….weird not to wear them if you ask me. That one employee who did have it on was the manager And shoutout to her because she seems like the only one who gave a sliver of a damn about the job. We got high fives happening, secret handshakes going on. Rnb blasting. opened toe shoes going behind the counter. female employees blushing because their crush walked in to work. But yet the customer service is at an all time low.
Also, This review is coming from an owner of a storage facility. Not just a customer who had an unpleasant experience. I would hate to have been a corporate employee of Pizza Hut having to monitor this location today.

Employee's were terrible food was cold I was in the taco bell side and told them I couldn't see the menu on the wall they told me to use the pad behind me or they couldn't help me and a nice young man ( costumer) actually help me but not one employee would help them when I got my food I needed a fork to eat it and then they tell me they don't have any.

The Asst. Manager is very Professional, Friendly and helpful young Man that always makes sure the quality of Our Orders are made as We've Asked our Foods and to make sure we're happy returning Customers. We drive from Florence, SC to Kingstree, SC Every time we want Pizza Hut Pizzas and more. It's worth the trip and we TIP THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. HE CLEARLY COOKS WITH PASSION AND APPRECIATES HIS CUSTOMERS.

Parking: Always great clean Parking with lots of parking spaces.

My dad ordered the box deal. He got a personal pan pizza and boneless wings. He said it better than ever. I ordered the Big New Yorker. I ordered cheese and I have to we were very impressed with how well it was. The pizzas were hot and not overcooked! It was excellent!! Thank you to whoever made it!! Very impressed with how it all turned out!!
I got an eight piece boneless wing, and it was all bread no meat! The sauce had so much vinegar in it I couldn’t eat it! I had to pay for ranch just one. I thought it came with one. I buy lunch every day, but I will never return to this location!
