Don't expect to be waited on within 30 minutes if you are a live person at this Subway. They focus more on their online orders that come in after you've already been standing in line 20 minutes. I could have placed an online order but previously I've had to wait for that too. It is like watching people move in slow motion. If you have forever and a day to wait for a sub, this is your place. Most of us on lunch break have an allotted time and after standing and waiting for 20 minutes, you'd think you would come before online orders that are getting placed after you've been standing there for so long. Worst customer service and worst Subway I've been to. I decided to give it a second chance after this happening previously. Never again.
I left, went elsewhere and had my food in 5 minutes.
Whoever owns this place needs to train customer service.

I haven’t ate a sub from subway in Kingstree for some years now. Last night I had the best costumer service ever. They treated every customer that came in the store and they changed their gloves without a problem, that’s the kind of customer service I look forward to when I’m out in a public setting. Way to go kingstree subway ❤️.

I asked for a 6 inch tuna Italian herb and cheese. With the middle of bread pulled out. ( Ive been ordering this the exact way for years.). She says they are not supposed to do that per subway rules. I said I never heard that. That’s how I always get it. She says you want it or not. I was frustrated and said it doesn’t matter. First and last for any subway for.

In terms of subways this one is a very good choice to go to much better than the one in Lake City it is clean smells well and the service there is very good not to mention the quality of food is actually very good I would really recommend the outlaw as I love myself a Philly cheesesteak and the nacho sauce just adds another layer of deliciousness

Sernovia customer service was not good at all an she was treating the worker terrible she wouldn’t leave the cash register an kept yelling in the back while they were doing stuff an helping other people in the back sernovia is not a good manager at all and her customer service isn’t good at all she really should be fired idk why yall have this rude lady there but yeah

I waited more than 20 minutes before my order was taken. My salad was ok, but not as good as it normally is from other Subways. The atmosphere was pleasant. Another customer kept us entertained. 😅

Very unprofessional...tiny tomato's, nasty with customers when they don't know certain sandwiches, no name tags , don't know how to work register, to many workers...in back of office.
