We went to the knightsville WH.630pm no one else is there but us.There was a cook and two waitress.It's was going good until we got our food. The bacon was cooked on one side so it's burt on one side. Didn't put jalo and cheese on two items. Other then that the food was good.The waitress gives us the food and just goes and sits down. Never comes to check back. I had to turn around to get her attention. Once to get mayo. She is sitting down and the cook told her I was looking around for her.Then again because all four of us need refills.My husband still tipped her 4$And I still feel that was to much for no service.Just think what it would of been if our drinks would of got refills without us asking and ask us how are food is and if we need anything else.

The night cook is EXTREMELY rude. Yelling at coworkers. Didnt want to cook the order but had to because i ordered online and was already there to pick up and refused to cook my mother's food. Did not give me what i ordered at all. Calling corporate first thing tomorrow.

The worst experience I have ever had. The waitress was horrible. The cook burnt ever piece of food brought to table. We had 2 booths and us girls decided to leave bc of the service and food. The guys were gonna stay but the cook got so mouthy and disrespectful then he told them to leave and called the law. Ofcourse they stayed to make sure the cook didn't say we dined and dashed. The cops saw the food and thought it was comical. They need to close this location down.

I placed my order online. All i got was 2 waffles hash browns and a bowl of grits and it took one and half hours to get my order. Im so irrate over the complete and utter lack of communication between the cooks and servers. It should have not taken this long for that of a small order.
This is not meant to be against any employees, but we have been refused at 7PM because "the cook is not cooking anymore." As far as I know waffle house is 24 hours, that's not really acceptable. The staff that was there was friendly, something must have happened.

Sat at the counter for ten minutes no would acknowledge me our take my order. People came in after me and were able to place a to go and I still couldn't get service walked never to return.

This place has been my go to for a quick pickup for 8 years. Waited 45 minutes (still counting) for just hashbrowns after I ordered them online. I was here for 25 before I got acknowledged. After 35 minutes, I reminded them I was here only to realize that my order was still in the printer. When I was getting irritated, the finally noticed me. They said it was extremely busy and things were going to be slow. The restaurant wasn't even half full. There was 1 lady that needs a lot of praise, wish I got her name, she was doing everything,the other 3, DGAF. I hated to leave a bad review, but still haven't gotten my simple order going on an hour. Couldn't cancel as it paid online...
