Food better than chick FIL a by a mile. However, the service has gotten much slower and slower lately. Chronically understaffed. The AI order board also sucks, It doesn't speed up drive thru, it just makes people mad. Bojangles, watch out. Chick FIL a is opening across the street and they will eat your lunch on service alone if you don't fix it. In 3 recent visits, about 40 PERCENT of the drive thru drove away. You are losing a lot of people. I want you to succeed, so knock it off!

Went to get some breakfast at around 10 o'clock and went inside. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while car after car was served. The counter person looked at me six times and never said a word or came over to get my order. I left after 15 minutes. Poor service for dining in.

For the second time, each Bojangles had poor service! For previous decades, this was my favorite fast food source. Dirty Rice was not available both times. My order of salty ham became a poor tasting ground up chicken with a coating of batter. Since it was a to go, we didn't spot the errors until merging into Interstate traffic! The $11+ loss, a second time, no third strike!

The HNIC at this place needs to be fired. You clearly do not know how to make biscuits and gravy. Plus you do not care about all the bad reviews on your store.
I literally get here at 8 o’clock in the morning so I can get two biscuits and a hash brown and I’ve literally been sitting in line since 8:20 And there are still three cars ahead of me that means they’ve done like two or three cars in 20 minutes. Need to get a better staff get better better management do better cause this place sucks

I ordered 4 chicken supreme chicken tender which by the way was hard to eat, fries was warm but tasted weird, sweet tea was sadly unsweet. This two girls look miserable working there; thanks to this kind of people I feel like not having cravings no more.
