The manager at the window was super polite, I asked for a chicken sandwich but it wasn't lunch time yet. The restaurant was not busy no people in line behind me. The very nice manager turned around and asked the cook whose name is Shay (sp?) if she can make me one. She rudely and quickly said no then dismissed me and walk away like I had inconvenienced her. I'm still leaving a great review but someone needs to talk to her and tell her that's not how you treat a customer. Best wishes!

Manager is very disrespectful. The man over the manager fails to do anything about her disrespecting employees they have people who touch food with no gloves . Make food with no gloves out of customer sight . Very rude to employees. Has a temper and is very old at that ! To old to act the way she does. Needs to be fired immediately customer service 0/10

Stood in an empty store while the manager was on the phone talking in the lobby. The guy was obviously new with no help and idea what he was doing. Waited a total of 12 minutes to finally be told it’s a 9+ minute wait on 2 pies! Asked for a refund from the manager that was still on the phone and she was so distracted by her conversation it took her another 10 minutes to give me one.

Every time I go there my order is never right. Yesterday ordered kids meal strips. Came with 4 strips no fries. Sure post to come with 2 strips fries and a biscuit. dang.🤬 it wasn’t even busy. Went through the drive thru.

Went back to bojangles the first time since last year. The new manager has changed a lot of things, the food quality, an almost new stuff (she kept the hard workers who cared about their job). It was so clean and the service was an awesome experience. She really turned this place around. Great job!!!

The childlike employees need to stop bickering about attitudes and serve their customers. Then the drive-thru line will not be stretched around the building, the dine-in line move at a snails pace. Spend less time arguing like children and more time working like adults.
