This place has been hilariously bad for 3 years. At least twice a year we forget and go here and we’re shocked all over again. Sometimes they’ll refuse to take your order on the drive-thru and make you download the app. Today at 1130 in the afternoon they didn’t bother turning on the Drive-thru menu, so we had to go in. We really wanted the Sponge Bob meal, but they were out. They were ‘out’ of everything we were trying to order so ended up getting whoppers. Other reviews mention weeks of having no ice. I’ve been before when they’ve said the soda machines were ALL down. They don’t even have napkin dispensers in the dining room. They’re not empty; they simply don’t exist. Dining room is often locked and they ignore the drive through. BK might as well close this location. Why on earth did they pay for a remodel but keep the awful management and staff who come up with every way under the sun to encourage people to not order so they don’t have to work. New management who values work ethic and polite behavior is desperately needed or the company just wasted a lot of money to redo a building for no reason. The only people who go to this place have never been, are desperate, or (like my family) have a short memory. Thanks for the stale fries, cold food, and the laughs, I guess… 😅
PS: If you are a DoorDasher or UberEats delivery person, don’t accept orders for this location & risk your own ratings. The orders will be wrong, the food will already by Cold/old and the wait long. You’re risking your own rating, no matter, breakfast, lunch or dinner. It don’t matter.

Not open this morning. Is this location permanently closed? Every day for 3 weeks I've been by. The sign on their window says they are open. The website says they are open, but the dining room is locked and there is no one at the drive through to take orders

Nothing fast About this fast food joint. Preorderdd online for 645 arrived on time didn't get our food until 732. Insane. We had two whoppers, one French fry and one chicken sandwich. No one there cared about how long the line was or how long people were waiting. Interior was extremely dirty. Will not be back.

As a door dasher they got me a violation because they said they were closed on 11-26-25 and ended up giving the order to someone else you are putting people jobs at risk because you don't want to do your job that's not right and sure isn't fair overnight need to tighten up on your business.
The food is amazing, its good and feel fresh. Only problem is how slow service can be

This use to be my favorite restaurant.... I would drive out of my way to go there ... I was there the other night in the drive thru and no one said anything just left me sitting there but waited on the 2 cars that were in front me, now I have worked in fast food before usually someone will be with you in a moment but no one said anything even after I said hello 4 times ... I will never go to that burger king again... I was tired worked all day and didn't feel like cooking but that is how they make money, just leave customers hanging....it's all good they lost my business not that it matters to them much.....have a blessed day
