Drive-thru is about four cars in an hour, I was in line there for a long time. Whoever manages this store needs to visit other states to compare the sloth performance of this place.

I ordered on the app and apparently it wasn’t working so when I got there they were like I have to refund you (they knew what my order was and it’s quicker just too make then refund). But anyways told me too pull up and gave me a refund receipt paper. So basically no food or money back right away. I called back and asked when refund would be bc I was just aggravated and hungry then the kindest man Bruce told me too come back and I could get a couple things while waiting on my refund bc I was like I’m hungry . So Burger King is lucky to have a kind hearted guy like Bruce. I didn’t go back I’m just going too cook at home but he’s such an angel. Thank you Bruce!!!
Sell my old burgers giving people food poisoning I bought one last night and got food poisoning from the nasty burger that they sold it was old it was watery and it was the wrong color which I had to I didn't realize until I open the second. Well I thought the first one text she was funny and it tasty planet so when I opened the second one it was great tomatoes will go to the pickles we went to the letters will go to everything was just old like they picked it up out of the old being like they took you out and toss away being and warmed it up. The whole crew should be fired

It's Burger King. So, it's hit or miss. There's always something going on at this restaurant. Now, the speaker on drive thru has been been out for days. So, you have to order at the window, pull to a parking space & wait for them to bring the order out. They have always been pretty courteous & they have a Value Menu, unlike the one on Trolley Road!

The only thing I can say about this Burger King is I just left this (College Park) location @ 7:15 in the morning ON A SATURDAY b/c the restaurant was closed. Cars in the parking lot but the lobby was dark chairs still up on the tables on the inside, and doors locked...🤷🏽♀️ We had to ride all the way down to Old Trolley store to get our sausage, egg & cheese croissant on this morning. Thought y'all were doing better after your new facelift, BK, I sure hope this is a rare occurrence and won't become a regular thing.
