20 degree weather and you have TWO people taking orders with no heaters nothing. The poor girl taking my order was freezing with her teeth chattering. I know your intercoms work why do you have your team members outside in this cold????

This is the worst chick fil a around ! I have been there 4 times placing a mobile order everytime. Everytime the mobile orders are waiting longer than the people that just placed the orders. One time I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich. Truly one of the worst chick fil a in the area to be so new. It shouldn't take you longer to get a mobile order than people walking up and placing orders.

I’m typically not one to write reviews overall but every time I go, I ask for honey roasted barbecue and every single time there’s either barbecue sauce, honey mustard or just honey in my bag whether I do it on the app or whether I go through the regular drive-through I work at another Chick-fil-A. I know there’s a button for the sauce so after seven or eight times of going through your drive-through and this happening and having to correct them on multiplication it’s really annoying.

Why in the world does the mobile through line consistently move 10xs slower than the regular drive through? It’s maddening that preorders take double the time and then they have the nerve to have a sign that says “save time try the mobile thru today”

This location charges 50 cents for a cup of water. They make enough money that surely water can be free like everywhere else?!?! I'll pick another Chick-fil-A for my business in the future.

Mobile drive through isn't very effective when you have to wait in line with the people who don't order ahead. Make the split off come sooner.
