Call d my order in 30 mins and advance and when I got there they looked at me like they ain’t know what I was talking about . I told the lady that I ordered and when I ordered then they all started arguing in a different language as they cooked rushed cooked my food in 5 mins .

I’m a door dasher & I was a customer. I personally haven’t ate here in a while because of the wait time. I ordered an hour & a half early before my lunch break & came to pick up my food & had to wait my entire lunch break to get me food which to me defeats the purpose of calling it in. Now as a doordasher, people like this food idk why. But they do. Every time I come here they just look at me no greetings no acknowledgement at all actually. Every time & I mean every time I come to pick up an order, I have to wait at least 30 minutes, so to those customers blaming the door dashers or any delivery drivers ITS NOT OUR FAULT!! I’m typing this now as I wait on two door dash orders because it’s ridiculous. I swear if it wasn’t for the money I wouldn’t pick up from here anymore. The service is ass, the food is maybe 2 stars & that’s being generous & the atmosphere sucks. The workers have no hospitality or good customer service at all.

Honey chicken was to soggy to eat..egg rolls were not freshly fried. Tasted old...Chinese doughnuts had salt sprinkled on them instead of sugar..needless to say that I had no appetite anymore...

The shrimp fried rice was great but the steak was not it was hard and chewy Gristle and the flavor was way off the server wasn't very friendly at all to me someone who is ate there for the first time when I walked up I said hey how you doing she didn't say a word she just looked at me I said okay I would like to order the shrimp fried rice in the steak and she said okay and turned around and told the ladies in the kitchen what I ordered and they started cooking the food so I sat down and waited a few minutes late or some gentlemen walked in evidently he's a regular because she instantly hey how you doing today what you been up to I ain't seen you in a couple days and he's like yeah it's getting a little hot to be coming out all the time walking around out here in this heat is that another he was telling her how he went on a trip and all this stuff she was very nice to him anyway it is what it is I won't be eating there again
Literally the worst Chinese food I have ever had. I ordered garlic chicken. Nothing about it had any garlic at all. I feel like I just dipped my pallet into a sugar bowl. GROSS. Additionally, when I asked for an itemized receipt they told me to go to their website. As a paying customer, I would think I am entitled to an itemized receipt. Never again.

Would have have no star but I had to..I ordered for delivery, over an hour passes and still no food delivered. I called and the person that answered the phone said delivery is only done through DoorDash… okay so why wasn’t I notified of having to delivery through DoorDash when I placed my order? This place is ridiculous and has poor communication. I WILL NEVER ORDER from this establishment again and I will recommend my friends and family not to do so either!!!

This has been my go to Chinese place until yesterday when i bought bourbon chicken that was made of stale chicken. Not even the frying could conceal the nasty taste and it’s sad that this even happened.nobody could eat what they served me…it was just the worst.

Food is amazing. Portions are very big. Our favorite is the sesame chicken and crab Rangoon. Worth the price for sure.

If you're a doordasher don't accept your orders for this place. They are always slow and almost never ready like the app says. It's not uncommon to wait 10 to 15+ minutes after the time it should have been ready.
