Honestly, I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. We love Culver’s, but our order is never right. Every time there’s an issue and it is wrong. It makes me so sad because I want to eat here more.

I am not big on fast food and don't eat much of it. Culvers has a salad that is the best fast food salad I've ever had. Does not taste like a fast food place prepared it. It is quality salad, not just iceberg with stale carrots and cherry tomatoes. It is really good. Its my favorite thing to get onthe go.

The spicy chicken sandwich is good. I’m from Whataburger country not up north definitely would rather have Freddy’s but Culver’s we’ll do. This one has had the best cooked fries out of all the ones I’ve been to Illinois Indiana

every single time ive ordered from here the outside cup of the milkshake smells like gross wet dog. it's only the milkshakes.

The hamburger was burnt with nasty dry bun. The lucky charms shake was watered down and gross was very very very disappointed with my experience from the money I spent

I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe, it come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and any extras you may want. I didn't order any extras. It was a to go order, so when I made it home and pulled out the cheeseburger it did not have any lettuce, tomatoes or onions. I had also ordered on for my wife, gluten free, hers was just as she ordered, cheeseburger deluxe. How can they get one order completely wrong and the other correct. I checked my receipt and it showed 2 cheeseburger deluxe with the correct charge. Needless to say I was very disappointed 😞
Not happy today. As much as my family had to spend, to get fish sandwiches with no top bun is insulting. I will not be returning for some time to this location.

Okay, let's talk chicken tenders! GREAT, fresh, huge pieces of delicious chicken! Plus, the different dipping sauces they give you- yummy! Come hungry, cos there's lots to choose from. Of course, I get the meal. Have to make it last!!! Service is quick and very courteous. When you crave chicken, get to Culver's!!

I understand it’s a big order but if we pay for something I’d expect to receive it ALL, especially paying that much money to feed a family of 4. Missing our custards, sauces, straws, and a lot of food.
