The first time we came in we ordered 2 sandwich meals with fries, chilli and pretzel bites. We got 1 sandwich meal and 1 cheese fry. We called to let them know and they said we could come back and get what we originally ordered. We went back they gave us our food we are missing the cheese and onions in the chili and we are missing 2 orders of fries. It's just really disappointing since we love Culvers and have never had this issue before. We had to drive back and forth from goose creek to ladson multiple times and it just seems like a waste of gas at this point.

This was my first, and okay visit. I ordered the deluxe double burger.... For what you pay, the burger really isn't worth it... It was at best ho-hum... Thefrozen custard(vanilla) was okay, if you like soft serve.

Kind friendly service and Ambiance. I ordered the butter burger single. Paid 20 cents for a tiny sliver of tomato. The meat has really become thin and tasteless. Sadly disappointing

So after we order we're sitting in line waiting and the person who brought the food out drops the bag on the ground which put a hole in the bag then they hand us our food and a one bag I said are you sure this is everything and she goes I think that they put everything in one bag so as we're trying to check she stands there and waits which was cool but then as we get home we are missing the pretzels with the cheese that was ordered I'm just not sure how when the tickets shows everything that's supposed to go in the bag how do you miss these things and why and what are you supposed to do when you leave because if you call they don't believe you and we didn't sit there and go through it and then go inside so it kind of sucks when you're dealing with that kind of issue but it makes no sense
service is quick and professional, the dine in experience is pretty nice

My order through the drive thru was wrong, even though it wasn't very busy. I ordered a fish sandwich, with no lettuce, being I can't eat lettuce, but that ended up being no tartar sauce, which I did want. I also just wanted to add onion rings to it, but the girl had already put a meal in and asked me what to drink. I had to tell nothing to drink, a n d that I wanted onion rings, which she supposedly fixed my order. So I drove home, only to find out I couldn't eat the sandwich. I don't plan on visiting this restaurant again.

Very rude. I ordered a medium concrete mixer with chocolate ice cream and she said I ordered a small and when I informed her that I ordered a medium, she became rude and I didn’t get what I ordered so probably not going back again.
