I had one of the best experiences at this location with the employees that were on that shift. Those ladies were attentive and ready to provide great service. Britney who seem like a manager was very kind, patient and I will definitely be going there again when I would like Hardee's. That hot ham and cheese was very good! & my sons meal was good too!!!

Omg my service was amazing the young lady Quaniece with the beautiful smile I love her accent she works hard she read my order back to me and ask if I wanted to try the blueberry biscuit which wasn't that bad but what was delightful about her service was when I said thank you & her response was no thank you now In days you don’t hear nothing like that most cashier are rude some don’t even say anything back my experience with her was lovely my only problem I had was how hot 🤯😫😬it is inside there its ridiculous for anyone of them to be working in that facility under those conditions I feel bad for them because that’s not right at all it’s to hot in there for them to be working like that ain’t no way that issue haven’t been fix yet how can yall expect for them to work & give their best ability in those type of conditions the a/c not being fix was the only thing worst about my visit

Sunday May 11, 1010am entered drive thru. 1043am received food Ordered bacon breakfast platter Opened box before I left drive thru. Hash browns were not the normal color, as if grease was old. Asked server if this is how they were supposed to look. He said yes. After 30 minutes I wasn’t even up for waiting for more. Tried one. They were burned and horrible. Biscuit was hard and couldn’t even cut it. Bacon was fine. Eggs ok. Gravy was watery and sausage was a half piece. Absolutely horrible.

Went thru drive thru 1045 am and the women in the drive thru was very very sweet and helpful. Will be coming back again because of how she handles her guest in the window. Everything was right. Ten out of ten. Cheri was very wonderful. Give her a pay raise lol

I actually felt sorry for the employees, they have swamp coolers and portable air conditioners because the owner is refusing to fix the air conditioning. And those aren't even doing anything to help the heat. We were the only ones dining in and it had to be every bit of 90°. The employee was very friendly and in good spirits given the circumstances. The owner needs to get the head out of their butt and get that fixed If they want to keep good employees and continue having customers!

We order online to have a order picked up by 11:30 , and it was almost 1 hour before our food was even done , I asked about 30 mins in for a refunded and they told me they can’t do refunded and I need to do it on the app , after asking ho how they proceeded to still tell me that they don’t give refunds at all and I needed to wait for my food we ended up having to leave because my son had a hearing appointment that day. A manager Brittany on duty told us to come back and get our meal anytime. We waited a few days and came to get our meal back and two people on shift acted rude and nasty towards us saying that we are liars and they were going to call Brittany and make sure that we were not liars even though we waited for almost an hour and got no food. Th The Manager, your niece I think is the only one that tried to help but the employee and the shift lead with short black straight hair was completely rude and calling us liars the whole time. Something should be fixed at this place.
I am one happy customer and so is my fiance. Let me just tell you Brittney was top tier with her customer service and very personable. I can tell she takes her job very serious, and goes the extra mile. Highly recommend this Hardee's, and will definitely be returning.
If I could give more than a 5 star I definitely would. Top notch service was received.
