This restaurant has gone downhill so much in quality. Getting the order wrong has become normal and today I was served severely under cooked chicken. It will be a very long time before I come back.

9:12 pm. Pull up to the drive thru, 2 people sitting at the drive thru doing nothing. Employee comes over intercom and says they are closed because they are changing their grease. I see 7 or 8 people in there, no sales coming in. Makes sense why all the 1 star ratings. I bet this store profits a ton. /s

This is my go to breakfast spot for the past 20 years. This location in particular has the greatest service, friendliest staff, and best fresh tasting food. Skip waffle house go to Hardee's.

They messed Up on our order three times the bathroom was very unsanitary. There was no soap and both dispensers. The service was very unwelcoming. They seemed annoyed about our orders. I should go back and get my money back. Very horrible place to eat do not go to this Hardee’s.Dietary restrictions: The food was very fried to the point the country fried steak was almost black

The lack of professionalism of this specific establishment was appalling. I ordered through doordash and the entire order was unsatisfactory;the burger was burnt, the fries were undercooked and the ranch tender wrap didn't have any cheese. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and the ice machine when was apparently "broken" and when the driver suggested they fixed it they laughed at him. So they will not be receiving my business anymore

If I could give this review zero stars, I would. When we first walked into this establishment, there was cardboard all over the floor, trash cans everywhere, I’m assuming their pots were malfunctioning as it was very smoky and smelled putrid, tons of DHEC violations, sweating over the food, wiping foreheads with bare hands & gloves etc. Once getting to the counter, my occupant ordered her food promptly and afterwards I stood there waiting to order for 10 minutes as the young woman behind the counter wandered around. After ordering, they stated that they needed to drop fresh chicken which was fine. I watched them twice pull the chicken then have to throw it back in the pot because it was undercooked (i.e. malfunctioning pots). Finally after sitting there for 30 minutes we decided to just cancel our order because the restaurant was profoundly nasty, the malfunctioned equipment and just overall service. The young woman stated she cannot give us a refund without a reason and went back and forth with my occupant for a good ten minutes. The best thing we got from this visit was eventually receiving our refund and leaving. I love Hardee’s but I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Absolutely filthy. Also, some young man was washing his sneakers in the sink.

The food is yummiest, and the people that work there are very kind and patient. I let my nine year old order and she was nervous but the cashier was very nice and patient l.
You could smell the old grease from the highway, but I took a chance. Hash browns were soaked in oil and burnt bits. Pro tip: Change the oil and raise the fryer temp by 15-20 degrees and you won’t have to serve soggy hash browns. I’d rather eat dumpster shrimp than what I got from the fryer this morning…

First of all they need to let people know if they are not open.. I don't know if theyhave been closed for the past couple of weeks or they just don't want to serve anyone.. because it will be a line of cars at the drive thru.. waiting to order food.. and one of the workers will just be standingoutside smoking a cancer stick while the cars waiting in line..like damn let us know that y'all are not serving anyone or whatever put a sign up or something.. don't just sit there and look slow
