El Jalapeño Mexican Grill - Ladson

Went to get dinner 3 waitresses on duty at 6pm in the evening only one table was with other customers. The hostess sat me did not send a waitress over the 2 girls kept looking at me..sat there for 10 minutes...finally got up and just left. I see why this place was empty at 6pm service is awful will not go back again

My first n only experience eating Mexican food out here n will b the only place I have Mexican in the future. Very good food-different from what I'm used to back in oklahoma but I like it. Very good service each time I go....u have a fan for sure 👍👍

Not a good meal or experience. The restaurant was empty, our server Odalys, couldn’t have cared less. She was either absent, dismissive or rude. Food was average at best. Won’t be back.

Great fajitas. Overall, food was good. We went for an early lunch and it was pretty empty. Service was not great. All 4 waitresses sat at a booth up front scrolling on their phones, neglecting the few customers in the place. We sat with empty glasses and salsa dishes for 10 minutes until our meals came out.

Came here the other day! The server Angeles was very nice and professional. She gave good recommendations. If you come in ask for her for she won’t disappoint. Will definitely be coming back.

Went for Cinco de Mayo food was fast and good staff very friendly

I ordered a lunch special and 1 side street taco with steak ,cheese ,grilled onions ,and cilantro. Now the street taco comes with steak ,cilantro, and raw onions. I asked for steak ,cilantro, grilled onions ,and add cheese. The waitress said ok. The food was all correct. Got my bill my taco was $8.00 and some change. On the menu it was $4.00 and some change plus cheese was extra. They charged me $3.00 and some change for grilled onions and cheese. I was already getting raw onions i just wanted grilled not raw. So a PINCH of grilled onions and a PINCH of cheese was $3.00 and some change. Also the staff looks AWFULLY young to be drinking alcohol (sample tasting )different ones behind the bar and laughing and carrying on. 3 employees by the way. I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay for GRILLED onions when raw onions was already coming on the taco. They could've cooked the steak and onions together.

By far one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in the area. The staff were so kind, accommodating, and on it! The food was amazing, and even my young kids loved everything.

Great Margaritas!!! But the food was not great. Was said the chicken tastes like popcorn.

My 82 year old Mother Dear and her friends can't wait to go back!
