Pulled in on my motorcycle and the lobby just closed. Maybe at the least a minute or 2. The guy saw me and said use the drive through and I said I am on a motorcycle and ordering a large order and it is easier to order from the lobby. He said that is your problem not his. So I drove up the road to another friendly KFC. Recommend to go somewhere else with nicer customer service.

Eh try to eat inside, yet it's closed...during open hours. How did I find out? From the guy sitting inside eating and just watching. Says only the drive through is open. It's not typical that inside closes, unless severely short staffed, but not short staffed enough to chill in the dining room.

Just left this drive through and ordered the 6 piece special with no brown gravy on the mashed potatoes, get to the window and they inform me nothing can be changed I have to get brown gravy, I said they aren’t pre-made with gravy just leave it off and the cook said NO NOTHING can be changed. This place is unreal I drove off without the food.

Horrible service they did not have more than 2 people in the drive threw and would not allow me to eat in the dinning room or pit in an order at 5:45 pm well before the close of business they really need to screen employee's better this makes no since after this service I highly recommend no one go to KFC ON HW 78 AND LADSON ROAD

Did not get biscuits.. realized when I got home tried to call but no answer
I walked in and stood at the register waiting to order. Many employees saw me standing there and said nothing. A door dash driver came in and told me that they only serve drive-thru. I called out to the employee working the register and she confirmed it was drive-thru only. I went through the drive-thru and when I complained to the person that gave me my food saying someone could have told me that service was drive-thru only. The employee said I don't answer to you.

If you enjoy gambling this is the restaurant for you! One time you make it all your order, everything's cooked fresh and tastes delicious. Another time you may get only half your order, then drive back up and wait in an even longer line because the inside is never open!
