The lady in drive thru has the worst attitude. Coming through trying to order myself food & she is just disgusting. Playing on her phone & just has no customer service experience clearly. Do better.

I have been their several times as it is conveniently on the way to my home. I can say the last two times the staff have been sincere and very happy and just simply amazing to talk to and have not tried to get rid of us as quickly as they could. They have been helpful and have showed they want a real change were they work and customer service has just been amazing. The food is good. The app has been a very helpful for us to continue to keep coming.

I ordered a chicken littles combo super simple the girl asked if I wanted classic or spicy which I had never been given the option so I asked her if she heard me correctly which she responded rudely “DO YOU WANT CLASSIC OR SPICY?” I then told her spicy. I get to the window and paid I then asked for 2 honey mustards the girl said ok. Shortly after that the nightmare of a manager comes up all huffy stating that the honey mustards cost x amount and asked if I still wanted them. I said yes BECAUSE I HAVE HONEY MUSTARD MONEY. Then as I’m handing her my card to charge me the whopping 50 cent for the sauce she looks at me and goes “we don’t even got honey mustard” I looked at her incredulously and just rolled up my window and drove the 30 mins back to my house. When I get home and finally go to eat my food I open up my chicken littles and couldn’t freaking believe what they had done. These sandwich’s are SUPPOSED to consist of a chicken tender and some mayo and pickle slices. What did they give me?? Two chicken tenders slapped between the bun DOUSED and I mean COMPLETELY DRENCHED in mayo. No pickles no “spicy” anything. So of course I am not going to drive 30 mins back to the restaurant to confront the staff so I call the restaurant. That’s when I had the absolute miserable experience and speaking to the manager who’s name I never requested but boy oh boy what a terror. She was rude, she never apologized and then refused to refund me unless I drove back and gave her the DISGUSTING food she had the nerve to serve me. I even explained to her that the food was in the trash and that I lived 30 mins away which she replied “I don’t know what to tell ya”. So luckily I had already made a formal complaint through their website and I told her I would need all of the information off of the receipt THEY NEVER GAVE ME. Then the line goes silent and I asked repeatedly hello? HELLO? Then out of no where she responds asking me to calm down cause she didn’t make my food. I told her I was calm but she wasn’t responding. She then goes “well you asked me to look something up DIDN’T YOU?” I said yes but you could’ve responded instead of not saying anything! Long story short I won’t be returning and KFC better do the right thing and refund me. Such a disaster and prime example of trash being trash.

The mashed potatoes hit the spot, and their customer service was great.
Ordered with app. Person at window was very rude and had the attitude that my picking up my order was inconveniencing her. Tried to be nice but she wouldn’t even look at us.

Inside of building smells like a dumpster so thankfully the dining room was closed drive thru only. Which i found out after waiting at the front counter for 10min for someone to come talk to me. After that I then waited 30min in the drive thru waiting for a bucket of chicken. Slow, ridiculously slow service there's not one employee there who cares in the least about the customer's experience. Stay away until they get a new manager and all new staff. Horrible staff

I usually write very great Google reviews and upset that this terrible customer service made me have to write a bad one. I came to get some food at this KFC through the drive thru and I was unable to hear the person through the speaker. So I drove up to the window and asked to order my food there. This girls name was Alicia. She said I could only order at the window if I knew what I wanted giving off the impression like if I was dumb. I told her I did and was about to order and she rudely interrupts me by pointing at my wipers. She didn’t say anything so I asked her “why are you pointing at my wipers” and she says “turn them off, they are spraying me.” That was excessively rude by the way but I still said sorry. I proceed to order my order and she says that I could not get 4 legs with my 4 piece combo. So I ordered a 2 piece combo with 2 legs twice. And she said I can’t do that because she knew what I wanted to do. First off, that was incredibly rude, how bad was her day going to try and make another persons day bad? I wasn’t having it so I asked her for her first and last name and if I could speak to a manager. She said that her last name was “irrelevant” and that any complaints go to her because she is manager. She did tell me her name was Alicia though and did not provide me a corporate number because she said “why would I know the corporate number?” Idk ma’am. Probably because you claim yourself as a manager. She didn’t provide me any email either to file a complaint. Worst Manager anyone could possibly hire. The level of disrespect was unaccounted for. McDonald’s has better Managers than this. I really hope the general manager or corporate manager will do something about hiring disrespectful managers that are supposed to solve problems. I will never be back to this KFC again. (Btw, I went to another kfc and they happily gave me my 4 piece combo with all legs). There was never a big issue about that.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I just experienced the most horrible customer service I’ve ever come across .This coming from the manager, I tried to order through the drive thru she then proceeded to rudely ask me to speak up. I couldn’t hear her at the speaker, so I pulled to the window to try and order there, I had the inconvenience of speaking with Alicia. She was very rude and told me she couldn’t take my order there despite me not being able to hear her. I then asked her if I could speak to a manager and she rolled her eyes and told me she was the manager and any complaints would go straight to her. I had to drive to a different location and was very disappointed, no fast food restaurants should hire that rude of a person especially to be a manager. I feel very sorry for those who have to work with and deal with her on a daily basis. I really hope something is done about this manager as soon as possible!
