I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. On 8/31/25, I placed an order for a single pizza around 1:00 p.m. and, unfortunately, had to wait nearly an hour and a half before receiving it.
During that time, I observed multiple customers—at least 11—arrive, place their orders, and receive their food within a much shorter timeframe, while my order was significantly delayed. Given that I was only waiting for one pizza, this was both frustrating and unacceptable.
Upon finally receiving my order, I requested a refund due to the excessive delay. However, I believe additional consideration is warranted. A complimentary pizza would be a reasonable gesture of goodwill and customer care, considering the circumstances.
I hope you will review this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. I value good service and would like to continue supporting your business, but this experience has left me very dissatisfied.

The ONLY Little Ceasar's I've ordered from that actually heated up the Crazy Sauce. All others had me cold and solid sauce but this one has my heart 💚 Sweetest people ever I don't know their name but the girl with the cute orange hat you're the best! Pretzel Crust is amazing.
I ordered a cheese pizza and Italian bread for my six year old son. He wound up with pieces of long plastic like pieces in his mouth and come to find out it is the bristles from the brushes you guys use to oil pans. Please get different brushes because this is so dangerous and unsanitary.
