Visited during a morning rush and service was pretty slow overall. While others seemed distracted by their phones (someone was literally on FaceTime) or arguing with each other, the man with the red beard at the cash register was the only one really hustling. He was running around trying to keep up with orders and clearly working hard to keep things moving. Just wanted to give him a shoutout - he deserves it.

It’s fine unless you go in the morning, which is crazy bc morning time is when people are usually in a rush Lol. I understand the staff is probably just getting out of bed, but if you aren’t a morning person you probably shouldn’t be working the 5am shift :/

The person who handed me my two coffees had no idea which coffee had sugar. She did not speak English. I mean not even to say sugar. Honestly not sure she could speak. I asked her which coffee was which and she shrugged.
