My expectations weren't high when it came to the drinks. But they kill it here, whether it's a coffee, matcha , lemonade, really whatever you want. They make it taste amazing. Honestly I could just come here for the drinks.

I did not want to make a review publicly but I did fill out a form on their website for my complaint. Be weary of coming here to cool off on hot days. They have huge fans blowing warm air. We came on Sunday that the temperature felt like over 110 and debated going to Bizzy Bee but settled on Mellow and Play Cafe. There's no sign stating their HVAC system is down but other guests told me it is usually much colder in there. Unfortunately, my son is 2 and super active so he was sweating a lot inside. Any toys that make noise you cannot hear due to the sounds of the fans in the place. Inside some of the bouncy things it was unbearably hot due to the lack of air movement and the lack of AC. It was our first time and it is close to our house, but their customer service is not great. I expected a response back from an unhappy customer and nothing. So I am publicly posting this. We were better off cooling off at home and playing with what we have. Also be careful of the car that rolls down a huge ramp. If there aren't two parents at both ends, these kids can run into the younger kids or other adults down that lane.

When I entered this place I noticed a funky smell. The playground area is great but without staff supervision. My one year old was bullied by an older kid and when informing the staff they didn't care.

This place is amazing for my toddler and myself! The play area is huge with so much variety for all ages! The food is perfection alongside a delicious freshly brewed coffee at demand! The one entrance and exit area for the kiddos play area, makes this mama so happy while using their free wifi and working online with no worry as to where my toddler might wonder off too explore. The entire building is adorable perfection! Thank you for existing indoors and with AC for us all!
