I don’t like the way they treat black people especially black woman.. to be specific I was nice and polite throughout the entire ordeal. I know how some folks like to assume.. I asked for the Tuesday teriyaki sandwich of the day.. when it was time for me to pay the Indian guy.. or what have you. Tried to charge me regular price and he caught an attitude because I didn’t specify that to him but I did to the lady who was making the sandwich.. they started speaking their language and looking at me laughing… long story short after I paid he proceeded to throw my sandwich at me… LITERALLY I was livid but still was able to keep my composure and got my money back. I’ll NEVER eat at that location EVER again. Mind you it was other “people” in their and it was all smiles and great service for them but when it came to me… I’m good on that.

Ordered the 6inch all american special double meat....it was closer to 4 inches and 3 peices of ham. 3 peices of turkey and 4 little bacons. Not double meat ... I asked the man twice...he said he made double meat..... poor child dying of boredom in the lobby..... shoulda went to Jimmy Johns

Every food restaurant is graded by the health department. So I asked to see their grade because I never ate there before and he didn’t want to show me or tell me there grade. He said they don’t get graded. Lies , must be not clean or something is wrong.

should have read the reviews before going here. i went to this specific location because they were the only ones close by who were honoring the bogo $1 deal. when i got my sub home not only was there no cheese on either of the subs i ordered, every topping i did order was skimpy as hell. looking over these reviews it's hard not to assume that this is being done on purpose to save a dollar since they know it's unlikely that a customer will actually open and inspect their sub right there in the shop for an online order. the guy at the register was also aloof and didn't even return my greeting when o came in. 0/10 the dollar deal wasn't worth it in light of all the BS 😒

I decided to give this location a second chance because I've ordered there in person in the past, but under a different staff. Under new ownership, this staff acts as if you should beg them for toppings even when you request them online. I used the subway app to order and requested extra of certain toppings on my sub. Not only was my sub toasted hard and dry, I could literally count everything I requested on my sub, pickles, ONIONS, and banana peppers. They have lost my business unless I am physically there to continuously say more, more, more. I am so unsatisfied with this dry, toasted sandwich with invisible meat and imaginary toppings. My advice: don't order online.

Ordered online as I've had a very long work day and figured, it's on my way... SURELY they'll have it ready for me if it's been placed 25 minutes in advance... Arrived to a subway devoid of customers... no orders on the screen... checked again online and said my order was ready... walk inside... order hasn't even been started...
They don't do the wraps anymore but you can order them online... they were out of jalapeños... and as much as I love fiber in my food, they couldn't even be bothered to wear hair nets OR even not stand directly over the food...
So after having driven 25 minutes to pickup my food, I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make my food onsite... hair included for free... and their inability to read a receipt astounds me to no ends... as they nearly missed 1/2 the toppings and add-ons on my order.
Next time I'll just go to McDonalds for the poor service and keep my expectations low.
