Ordered online as I've had a very long work day and figured, it's on my way... SURELY they'll have it ready for me if it's been placed 25 minutes in advance... Arrived to a subway devoid of customers... no orders on the screen... checked again online and said my order was ready... walk inside... order hasn't even been started... They don't do the wraps anymore but you can order them online... they were out of jalapeños... and as much as I love fiber in my food, they couldn't even be bothered to wear hair nets OR even not stand directly over the food... So after having driven 25 minutes to pickup my food, I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make my food onsite... hair included for free... and their inability to read a receipt astounds me to no ends... as they nearly missed 1/2 the toppings and add-ons on my order. Next time I'll just go to McDonalds for the poor service and keep my expectations low. Keep it Classy Subway... 🙄🤢

Seems like another Subway in town is no longer accepting coupons. Seems all the ones now owned by Indians do not accept coupons. Veggies are suspect when ordering...lettuce is so brown it's scary to order. I really liked Subway and could get some good deals. No longer.

Terrible service. Neither bathrooms stocked with paper towels or soap, Coca Cola was out and replaced w Dr Pepper.. asked to toast sandwich longer than 5 seconds and it still came out cold both times.. it’s not asking too much for ‘proper’ service

Subway 9612 D Hwy 78, Ladson, SC - I have had three orders from this store delivered to my home that were incomplete - did not include the chips, the drinks, or both. They never answer the phone when you call the store, so I can never get the orders completed or get a refund for the items I did not receive. When I try to order on the app from a different store, the app re-routes me to this store. Very frustrating - only one of the doordash delivery persons actually went back and got the rest of the order, the others say that is what they were given, so not their problem.

Employees behind the counter on Facebook or tiktok live not paying attention. It's absolutely reducluas. Employees kids running around the store. Really unprofessional. I won't cone back to this location. Owner needs to pay attention to what's going on
