Placed an online order and arrived after the quoted “ready” time. The inside was closed so I had to sit in the drive thru line, which was over 20 minutes long. By the time I reached the window they had not even started to make my food. Ended up waiting 35+ minutes AFTER the 15 minutes quoted for the food to be ready to receive an incomplete order. Absolutely horrible service and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Bro this taco bell always messes up my order or the food is so cold and nasty I love taco bell but this place is actually so bad plus the inside smells like my hoarder families house (my sister has also gotten food poisoning from here be4)
Placed on line order. Went inside to get it. Had to wait 20 minutes. Ignored by staff. They were only concerned about drive thru. They have no cashiers, if you don't place an online order you order from a kiosk. When I got my food, went across the street to my workplace to eat my food it was cold, didn't have much of anything in my burritos, tacos etc. I paid a 1.30 extra to get a freeze instead of a soda only to get a small.... huge potholes in lot, you'll bust a rim in these craters.
