I order an Bean Burrito and they put onions in it and I always order the bean burrito and it does not come with onions period and I had to wait 20mins for my food

Ordered the new discovery luxe box, which I have had at other locations recently. Burritos was half the normal size and smooshed, chalupa had 3 TINY chunks of chicken, I counted, and was mostly a mouthful of bread and sour cream. My crunchy taco was in several broken pieces and barely had and beef or cheese on it. My husbands Steak burrito had even less steak on it, all in all REALLY disappointed. We went through drive through at about 1:30 - 1:45 pm quite literally if I hadn’t had to be at work I would have gone back for a refund.

No meat in any of our 24 tacos, nacho cheese and chips order didn't even have a half bag of chop, 6 orders of cinnamon twists had no cinnamon sugar on any of them. Tried to call the store back, No Answer. Did a online order on the app and should have checked everything before we drove home to Summerville from ladson raco bell. I work right near the ladson location.60$for my order. Too much money not to be right.please get in touch with me regarding this order. Please stop burning the refried beans! For what you charge for the Pintos & Cheese is a lot to get a serving that's not eatable. Also stop breaking the taco shells on my tacos.

My wife and I ordered via drive through on 10/13 around 7:15pm. The Mexican pizza tasted like plastic or something synthetic. The cinnamon twist didn’t have cinnamon on it. Just a warning. You will more than likely be disappointed.

The customer service was horrible. This lady at the window caught an attitude with my dad about he only ordered one freeze, he ordered 2. And 2 things were missing from the order and told us she couldn’t make the freeze they were ordered originally. She gave it to my dad and then caught a major attitude, and we didn’t even get our whole order. I will not be coming back.
Ordered a taco supreme combo and what I got was a slop taco, they put sour cream in one spot and no lettuce, and sloped on the rest

Got a flat tire in there parking lot from all the holes and ruff looking parking lot , I mean it's horrible , the cook needs to back to training or manager there just don't give a dam at all,
I grew up on this place , but man , the food is so horrible caution when coming here , and don't drive your new car as u will have to take it to a repair shop when u leave , it's that bad

The person taking the order and handing it to you seemed very much like she did not care to help you at all. She had my order wrong acting like it was my fault for her not hearing me when she had no mention of not hearing me. Too much to clearly explain how much I have no desire to interact with that person again. If they want more business, they should have friendly people at the drive through.
