If I could give 0 stars I would! Sat at the fromt counter for 10 minutes with nobody else in line. Didn’t get greeted and nobody helped us as I watched one of the girls just sitting on her phone. Left, will never be back. Not like they care though.

Drive side it awful. They don't bag the food. Just give you the food in the box. Don't cut the quesadilla and all the pack of sauce inside the box and in top of the food.

Really bad food today after not eating there for some time. Soggy taco, gross looking and tasting cold pintos and cheese, and moldy tasting soda. And paid nearly $13 for a crappy fast food lunch. Could have gotten a lunch special at a real restaurant for that.

I'd like to start off by saying that normally this Taco Bell is pretty good. Thus time the girl at the window was pushy and impatient. Due to this I ordered the wrong thing. That's fine. My fault. But the burrito I ordered was the worst thing I have ever seen! Maybe a tablespoon of beans and 5-6 tablespoons of onion, a ton of sauce and unmelted cheese. When I got to the window the girl did not make eye contact with me once. I said thank you 3 times and she ignored me. I always try my best to be kind to food and bev people.since I used to be one. But dang. This girl was just rude to the core. I am so disappointed. I almost threw up trying to eat my burrito and ended up throwing it out.

Didn't get what I ordered. I asked for 2 sides of beef and was rung as a beef double burrito. Asked to swap chicken to beef and take stuff off my bowl, got chicken beans and salsa. Asked for no lettuce on tacos, got lettuce. The wait time was very short. I called the store for the phone to ring then hang up. I'm so over taco bell.

I'm also a customer here pretty often in the drive-thru and their fast and friendly!
The only decent one is the older lady with short red hair on night shift. The tall guy in a dress shirt literally slung the food at us and we almost dropped it and he was walking off very rude. Night shift is nothing but kids cursing and playing around. And the sweet tea is always old! I’m a sweet tea drinker that sweet is always bitter with a caramel nasty taste as if it is old or the urn isn’t wash. Also my food is always wrong and I have to come back in to fix it.
