Me and my 2 girls went in on our way back home to upstate sc it was nice and the waitress was such a sweetie n cutie pie. She was very welcoming 😊 the cook was quick and efficient and for the love of God he got it right! I mean my food was cooked to perfection he did amazing. everyone was a wonderful vibe. Food is my comfort when I've had a stressful day and the sad part is out of my while trip to Charleston this was the only place to have got my order right. Plus not take forever and a day and it didn't cost me a kidney on the black market!

We ate at this waffle House tonight and it was one of the most amazing experiences I've had in a waffle house. The food was quick and the service was amazing. I was never short on drinks and always asked if I needed anything else. Once the food came out it looks so amazing and I literally ate every bite! This is definitely one of the only recommended waffle houses I would tell people about because this was such a great experience. My server and the cook were both amazing I don't know either of their names but it is Tuesday night July 29th at about 10:00 p.m. right now so we ate at around 9:00 is when we got here and everything was amazing. These workers definitely need a raise and this place definitely needs a five-star review!
Also apon coming here a second time during the day, we had a server named Laney who was super sweet and bubbly and was always there to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was great as always this is definitely a great location. Our server is definitely one of the reasons I will definitely be coming back. She was so nice and even though she was new and may not have been knowledgeable on one or two things that she was sure to find out the answers that I needed as soon as possible.

Theres an African American woman, natural hair with blonde tips(ironic).
She literally has the WORST customer service and needs a reality check. I walk in and she didnt speak a WORD to me. I waited 7 minutes before the CHEF had to ask me if anyone took my order..
While waiting I had to hear her compalin about the gentleman whos face she just smiled in tipping her $1. Newsflash…YOUR SERVICE IS WORTH THE DOLLAR. The chef politely took my order and then she walked over 4 minutes later disgruntled and said “total is $55”.
I went to pay and the big TIP sign is there so I elected to say “I would like to pay and tip once I inspect my food” she declined and said..”YOU DONT HAVE TO TIP THEN”. Lol wow. The last TWO times I came my order was wrong so NO im NOT pre-tipping you who already has a NASTY attitude. Once this convo happend her attitude worsened. Just replace her with a robot already.
After my meal was cooked I cash apped the Chef because he was the only decent minded person in there.
Im sick of the lazy attitudes and entitlement when you have a nasty disposition. You dont deserve a DIME of my hard earned money. Its literally free to give decent customer service.

Cook couldn't stay off her phone and ended up burning the bacon ... Completely black when it was served. Also the grits were cold, lumpy, and old. Would it kill you guys to make a fresh pot of grits in the morning? And furthermore, of I sit down at the counter or in a booth, it usually means that I want to eat there, not to place a to go order. If that was the case, I wouldn't have sat down.

Beware of the waitress jaz . My order was 21.00. I gave her $30.00 this little bimbo (assumed) that $9.00 was her tip. I never got my change back. I asked her for it back and she refused to give it back.

This waffle house had dirty booths that needed cleaning while customers were waiting and employees were standing idle. 3 employees were occupied by one male customer while we waited..as if we were not there. Empty booth dirty..employees ignored the booth while customers waited.
