This place is absolutely terrible. 1 worker was rapping and interrupting another employee while there were trying to talk with a customer. The cashier was nothing but attitude/ completely acting like she could care less about the job. While I was ordering my food employee was talking on the phone while taking my order.

I had a long piece of black HAIR in my food. This is completely disgusting and unsanitary they have permanently LOST my business. I was nonchalantly offered a refund but no amount of money can erase the feeling of somebody else’s HAIR in your mouth when eating food please work on your sanitation and require hairnets or something yuck!

The location is freaking amazing!
We went through the drive threw, my daughter ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and I ordered the 6 pc bo bites meals. They asked me to pull to the side because the grilled chicken wasn't ready and told me it would be fresh. We pulled over, and we waited... and waited... my daughter was about to go inside and ask when a young lady came out and told us how sorry they were about it taking so long, she then refunded our whole order and said she'd be out as soon as possible with our food. When she came back, she not only gave us our food, which was fresh, hot, and very yummy, but she gave us extra bo tato rounds, extra bo bites, and 2 bo cookies.
I've never been so happy with a fast food restaurant visit. Nor was the food on par with a sit-down restaurant. This Bojangles is the best in the greater Charlotte area!

Staff is Rude, wanted to argue an berate the customer for waiting in line and continued when manger. I waited for several minutes before a cook came from the back and asked the woman who was packing food orders if I had been helped. The woman then loudly declared, " I don't know what she wants, she's standing there not saying anything." Now i wasn't aware I had to greet and track down employees with bojangles. This was my first and last time here. As I shouldn't have to agree, be yelled at and insulted for picking up a order that was missing items. No tea an no fries. This is a horrible representation for business.

Food sub par. Large fries 2/3 full. Non employee camped out at a table covered with personal items. 3+ employees with nothing on their head. One employee hanging out outside, beside the counter, behind the counter playing with her hair. Multiple employees doing nothing while there's dirt tables and bathroom. One employee came in the bathroom, used it, washed hands for no more than three seconds. I won't be back. Giving feedback for the sake of the owner. I would want to know. I'm a regular customer at Bojangles all over the country.

This Bojangles used to be really good. I don't know what happened, maybe they have new management… but the food isn’t great by any means. I went at 10:30 AM, so the food was of course fresh, but the prep was just careless and awful. My chicken sandwich had one glob of mayo on only one side and the fries had absolutely zero seasoning… it’s like the employees just don't care anymore.

On August 11th 2024, I visited Bojangles in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Unfortunately, the experience was quite bad. There was no food prepared due to understaffing and the staff were yelling and screaming at each other. It seemed to be a group of young guys. Although the food was good, my fries were cold and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook something. The restaurant had just opened at . on Sunday and the low staffing made the experience terrible. I hope something can be done about this.
