Normally have great service. Today was the extreme exception. My wife and I walked in. Stood in line behind another lady. Stood there 10 mins and no one even a knowledged anyone was waiting. I overhead one emoyee speaking with the owner trying to give one customer a refund. She told the owner the customer was rude and she was going to kick her out. In reality the customer waited a long time for her ice cream. I knew after hearing that coupled with the fact I had been there now over 10 mins and never acknowledged, it was time to simply leave without ordering. Next time I go and see same staff working, I will probably simply leave again.
The rudest people ever. Awful service, you can’t see the ice cream, disorganized and sweaty disheveled looking staff who doesn’t use gloves to touch money and then makes your ice cream. If they can’t serve people since they are understaffed, they will let you sit there for 15-20 minutes and then tell you they have refunded your money to leave. Awful. They deserve to go out of business for how they act and are unsanitary.
The only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is they must have just cleaned. Smelling cleaner was a little much while I was eating. Just the smell was a little strong tbh.
Great service, friendly staff. Delicious ice cream. We made our own Sunday. I highly recommend the cookie dough.
New owners are doing a great job revamping the place.

They have something for everyone! My husband is dairy free and they have options for him as well as delicious treats for me. I was very pleased with the pricing, atmosphere and really great service.
