Workers speak very rudely. Got an ice cream cone and they dropped a scoop but still gave it to us on the cone. No communication to each other at all. Owner spoke very negatively to their employees. Service just bad.

It's an ice cream shop need I say more? Besides serving scoops of ice cream in dishes and cones, they have sundaes and shakes. Everyone who works there is so nice. The dining area has cute tables and chairs. Definitely like that it's a local shop and not a chain.

Over the top ice cream sundaes with a cherry on top? Yes, please! If you are visiting Dreamery Creamery for the first time, go all out. Get the dream sundae of choice and indulge. If you don't finish it in one sitting (if you do, kudos!), they will hand you a to-go container to pack it up and take it home for a midnight snack. We ordered what used to be called Rockin' my Dreamsicle, but I think they changed the name this season. It is orange sherbet and vanilla ice creams topped with pop rocks. They were out of pop rocks today, so we opted for sprinkles instead. We also ordered baby dreams for our kids and they loved the gummy bears on top. We went big and also got the Cookies Rule My Dreams sans marshmallow sauce, nuts, and cherry. Everything was so yummy and there are zero regrets about ordering so much ice cream for the four of us! They have milkshakes and malts, floats, and scoops in a cone or cup if you want to keep it classic. Not only are the menu selections awesome but the decor is so cute. All of the ice cream quotes and sayings on the wall as you enter were fun to read through. The bar seating gives that old "soda fountain" vibe but with a completely modern take on the decor. Definitely put this spot on your list of ice cream spots to check out in Charlotte.

Absolutely adored this spot! The employees were all so upbeat, kind, and enthusiastic! My husband and I had a lovely experience together and our ice cream/milkshakes were phenomenal! Highly recommend

Nice place but they need to post their full menu & prices. There are many extra charges that they don't really tell you about (even when I asked). I didn't want to haggle & we were there for a special occasion but this is not a place we will frequent.

Went in to get ice cream with my grandson. They wouldn’t take anything over a $20 (using a $50, all I had on me) because they got a ‘counterfeit’. I would think twice about shopping somewhere that won’t take your money when you are making a purchase.
