Worst $15 I ever spent at McDonald's! The burgers are all over cooked and dry and the buns are really stale. Won't be going back!

Ordered at kiosk and it didn't print the receipt so I wait while they're still calling out ticket orders and noone knows if it's they're order or not. Employees and manager bantering and cursing behind the counter while customers are just lining up at the register. Very dissapointed in the behavior and service especially when all I ordered was nuggets!

Food is almost always cold or luke warm. We will ask for it freshly made and it never is. We will sometimes wait 5 to 10 minutes for food and 9 times out of 10 it’s still soggy and cold. We drive into North Carolina to actually get decent tasting McDonald’s. Avoid!

Extremely slow. The past few times ordering breakfast, was told by personnel at drive through that I had to wait with no cars in lot or drive through. Food was wrong after waiting 20 minutes. Will not be visiting again.

Placed an app order and they gave my order away. It wasn’t the error that they made but rather they made it seem like I made a mistake and when the employee said she gave it to another customer there was no apology or anything. Just pull up to the next window and after a few mins they just gave my bag. I always felt my shopping in lake Wylie was different so I would rather go back to doing everything in rock hill.

To add an egg to a biscuit it’s 2.59, however it’s 1.99 for an egg biscuit. Highway robbery….

Fastest MCDONALD'S in NC and SC despite their AC was out "not the staff's fault". They were still fast and helpful. Sal was the greatest. If passing by this is the place to stop.
