The pizza was fine but the staff was extremely rude. Upon arrival they were yelling and arguing among each other. They treated every customer horribly. I was very uncomfortable during the 30 minutes I waited on my order. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have gone elsewhere. I will definitely think twice before ordering there again.

Friday evening April 4th we ordered online to be delivered. OK I know it's Friday night and we need to be patient but after and hour and a half I get a text that had been delivered, meanwhile my app says still preparing!! No pizza was delivered so I called the lake Wylie pizza hut and was very rudely treated!!! I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. We'll the night goes on with more text from door dashers and even a call from one that was at the store to pick my order up. I told her I didn't want it. Oh and they were remaking it. Lol. Then a door dasher pulls in my driveway with our our food that I refused to take because I had already canceled my order. I felt really bad for her too. Last but least again at 10pm got another text saying my order was on its way!! Can't make this up!!! Whoever is running the lake Wylie pizza hut needs to clean house and start over!!! Still waiting on refund of course!!! Never again pizza hut lake Wylie!! You suck!!!

I ordered two pizzas for my daughter’s sleepover last night. One pizza was fine the other had a portion missing. I paid for delivery and when I called to explain the problem, I got a rude and disrespectful response. They told me that they didn’t believe me and I would have to come in to get it. I wasn’t trying to get a free pizza and told them that they could have the pizza back. The manager did not care, I will never use this location again.

Ordered pizza for my wife and daughter through the app. When the pizza’s arrived, one was fine the other was missing pieces. My wife called first and they would do nothing for her. I called and after 15 minutes of waiting for a manager to get on the phone they hung up on me. I guess they lost yet another customer. Poor food quality and the worst customer service.
Damn just when I was starting to like this location! I walked in to the worker on her phone not even acknowledging me until I started looking in the back to see if someone would assist me. The worker finally realizes my existence and greets me, starts blasting music, grabs the pizzas and wings I ordered & hands them over after I pay and I see her dirty nails. I’m scared! Then how much little sauce yall put in the wings should be studied! Experiences like this help me and my family stop eating out!!

This place is the absolute worst. I had to wait 15 mins at the store after my online order was supposed to be ready. Then because the restaurant is not properly staffed I had to sit and wait for another 15 minutes after The food was cooked and sitting in the silver window until the cook could come up and ring me up. Oh yeah and I already paid online in advance. All the while the workers were giving me and the two other customers waiting atttitudes for being ‘impatient’ for the terrible service. I will be contacting BBB

We had pizza delivered for the first time from this Lake Wylie Pizza Hut. The pizza was cold, no cheese and barely any toppings. It was by far THE WORST pizza I’ve ever gotten. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. I’ve never had such a sad pizza. It was thrown together like who cares…. $35 down the drain because the pizza was inedible!! I usually don’t write reviews but I just could let this one go. It’s sad when people work at an establishment but could care less about the product they sell. Awful, awful first experience at this Lake Wylie Pizza Hut.

2/3 pizzas are disgusting! Hard as a rock! Called and got hung up on! I drove 25 minutes away as the closest one is closed && they want me to bring it back on New Year’s Eve after driving already there once! Called and waited on the phone for a long time to get hung
