This Pizza is so bad. This is the second time we have tried to eat here and again stale chewy barely warm Pizza that taste like its from yesterday. The thin crust is literally like cardboard you can have trouble to even chew it. We have much better pizza with premade from Grocery store and cook our self. This will most likely be our last time as the price of pizza has gotten out of hand considering what you get.

Customer service was excellent during a call made to correct a mistake made on my end concerning my attempt to order, and the pizza itself was top-tier in the field of pizza chains.Highly recommend the Big New Yorker, and hope they keep it on the menu.

My order was correct, the pizza was hot and the ladies were courteous.
Horrible. Driver had order in bag sideways sling over his back walking to my door. Pizza almost folded in half when I opened it. Called store , they have no email to send GM a picture, wouldnt give my corporate or manager number. Hire people who are about there job!!
