My wife inadvertently ordered the wrong drink unbeknownst to me (chose coffee base instead of cream), and when I tasted coffee I went back inside to inform them it was meant to be cream based. The barista looked at the label and said "it was made right, and we don't even have the item as a cream base anymore, sorry." and then just walked away. This is the fourth time in a row I’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes for a simple drink and hot breakfast sandwich that I ordered ahead on the app. I don’t know what’s going on but fix it.
