The staff is very slow maybe understaffed I don't know I didn't go in I went to the drive-thru which I waited 45 minutes for a cup of coffee not something I can do every morning if I need to go to work they need to speed up

The staff was more interested in hanging out with each other instead of making drinks inside. The drive through is much better than going inside regardless of the line.

Waited for over an hour for a mobile order. When fed up and asked about it the barista said it be another 20 mins so I screamed for a refund. No apology from staff just like it was a normal day that orders take that long all the time

My wife inadvertently ordered the wrong drink unbeknownst to me (chose coffee base instead of cream), and when I tasted coffee I went back inside to inform them it was meant to be cream based. The barista looked at the label and said "it was made right, and we don't even have the item as a cream base anymore, sorry." and then just walked away. I chose to just leave instead of pushing, and checked the menu in my car and discovered that the item is, in fact, still there, so she just bold faced lied to me. As much as the drinks cost you'd think it wouldn't be a big deal to remake it even WITH us ordering the wrong item, but she chose to essentially tell me to go away and lied to me in the process. As someone who has worked in a customer facing industry for over two decades, I can honestly say that was some of the worst customer service I've experienced, and I will never again patron this location. Maybe she had a rough day, didn't want to make a new drink, or is really just a rude person, but you don't treat people that way.

Since when does it take over an hour for a mobile order for a coffee? That’s what happens at this location. Stay away…avoid at all cost. Terrible attitude one person doing everything.

I asked for a basic grande caramel ribbon crunch, Something they make all the time. It was disgusting and was basically all whipped cream and a tiny bit of coffee. The whip cream was on the bottom too. So i reordered and the second time i said can they remake it with no whipped cream for obvious reasons. It wasnt even a caramel frappe anymore it tasted like hazelnut or something. Not a great location!

Don't even try to order head. There's no point just order when you get to the line or the store. Not to mention when I order a head, they lose my order. I ordered from my job with thirty minutes to spare and still was almost late to work, and I work across the street... thirty minutes for expensive coffee is ridiculous. I'm probably giving up on ordering from this business

Everytime I order in advance, I still have to wait 20-30 minutes before I can even get my coffee. It is extremely slow service and not staffed with enough people. Given the area, you’d think they’d have more people at the store even on the weekends. My orders are always so simple even sometimes order just a black coffee or iced cold brew and yet I still have to wait 20-30 minutes. It’s ridiculous.
